Roundhouse Kicks...Mwahahahaha
I had a horseback riding lesson this morning. The first one in literally years. I've missed it, I really do love horses.
My legs are killing me though...urghh
Trip to the waterpark is tomorrow. Lord, I hope it doesn't rain. That would suck.
But-
I have a new fantasy as of last night...
"Martial Arts"
Screw ballet, I want to be able to do roundhouse kicks!!!
I'm a fighter not a ballerina gosh darn it!!
Grrrrr.
Living in the middle of no where and being squat broke is working against me...it would be really awesome if I could like have private lessons with a tutor guy...hmmmm...
Errr anyway do any of you guys know the code to make music play automatically on one's site?
Does that count as direct linking?
Life is all about balance. Darkness can't be without light, and light can't be without darkness. You see everything through different angeles to gain perspective over situations. You act rather rational and people can find you stiff and/or emotionless due to this. Life is not really that good to you, yet it's not so bad. Like everything else, you need to balance it in order to find peace.

OH the Melty Goodness
My friends and I went to the carnival the other night and slept over my friend's houses.
It was fun.
I ate soooo much crap,
I still feel rather ill.
It was worth it though.
They had FRIED OREOS! They're reallllly good- oreo cookies in funnel cake batter and powdered suger.
OH the Melty Goodness.
Have you guys ever had them?
Anyway.
Lord, I'm bored.
There are some mangas and animes I really want to buy, but
well
I'm flat broke
and I really don't like babysitting.
I'll find a way.
You are elegant, withdrawn, and brilliant.
Your mind is a weapon, able to solve any puzzle.
You are also great at poking holes in arguments and common beliefs.
For you, comfort and calm are very important.
You tend to thrive on your own and shrug off most affection.
You prefer to protect your emotions and stay strong. |
I'm very sorry I haven't been able to go to your sites lately.
I'm going to do so tonight.

Fruits Basket Memories and Whatnot
My Spirits have lifted since the last time I posted.
I had to reschedule the waterpark trip till next week because of my lack of a swimsuit.
I finished reading the 9th Fruits Basket manga.
It was good but...
Has anyone noticed that the characters aren't as well drawn as well as the earlier manga's? They aren't drawn well at all actually.
Acording to another Otaku member who can read Japanese and read the whole series, it's only going to get worse.
Now that's just awful.
Batman Begins was alot better than I thought it was going to be.
It was intelligent and had a good lead up. For once the guy didn't fall into some vat of radioactive waste and suddenly become a superhero. It had some funny parts and some stupid ones.
Like it's pretty much impossible to pull of the line:
"I am the BATMAN."
Wearing that costume.
Heh-heh.
Your wise quote is: "Be kind to unkind people, they probably need it the most" by Ashleigh Brilliant. You try to look beyond apperance, try to give people second chances and are probably very kind. Understanding is your biggest personality trait, and thoose you can see through should be grateful. If they aren't already. You detest narrow minded people, because they can't see what's really there. Facades is not your thing and you strive to always be who you really are.

Doughnuts and Stuff
My crazy friend Niadra was impersonating me on aol under my supervision and talking to my cousin Bob, exclaiming about doughnuts and the upsurge of the Hobo forces (inside joke) wich I informed her about.
That was interesting.
Then we drove ourselves nuts talking to SmarterChild.
Anyway,
We are soon going to see the movie...
Batman Begins
BECAUSE HOWL'S MOVING CASTLE WAS ONLY PLAYING IN ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, AND MINNEAPOLIS, like 2 billion miles away!!!
Playing in theaters everywhere my @ss!!
I hope 'Batman' isn't a total bomb.
We're going to try and find a good anime at the local Movie Gallery.
Wish us luck.
At least we could get Chinese food at of the deal.
I blame the TV wich told me it was out everywhere.
Bah Humbug.
I hope this bad mood is fleeting.
...
I need Chai.
Forever Irritated,
*~Knox~*
You're like me! The intelligent loner. You're shy at times but friendly, and you are never weak and always independent. You are incredibly intelligent (wise beyond your years) and have a talent for many things (sports, music, art). You have a kind and warm personality and enjoy the simple things. Like hanging out with friends and watching movies at home. But you're sometimes quiet nature makes you a bit of an outcast and a mystery to people. No matter how pretty you are or smart or athletic, you just can't seem to break into the crowd and be noticed. Don't worry, try to be more outgoing and speak out when you have more to say. Don't hide behind your books and sports and computer, get out there and get noticed. You also have deep desires in life and feel vunerable and alone at times. Don't feel sad either, What helps me to express feelings and dreams that I can't say to people, is through my writting. Maybe you should try.

Life In General
I'm currently watching the movie, Celluar. It's pretty good too. Have any of you heard of it?
My mom didn't get the job she wanted and needed very badly. My house is in jeopardy of being lost again. But then, when is it not?
I don't want to move.
I refuse to be discouraged or even bitter because I believe nothing good ever happens to bitter people.
On a lighter note my friends and I
are going to a water park this comming Monday, so I'm looking forward to that.
Here are just some random quizzes:

Empty Spaces
My Stepsister moved out yesterday.
She took her cats Tasha and Chester with her.
It's just me and my mom,
again.
The house seems really quiet.
The silence is strange,
I guess I'm still used to her blaring music.
She left some of her stuff, though. I piled them up in her now vacant room because I couldn't stand to see them and
~remember.
My mother didn't like that though. She said it was like a tribute to a dead person.
It's not that I think of her as dead,
it's just...I don't know.
She lived with us for less than a year.
It seems sooo much longer.
The emptiness is the worst.
The first night after she left this house...
she went across the bay with her sister and her friend,
and got stoned.
She and her sister are following in her father's footsteps.
She has become what she had hated.
I have resolved never to drink alcohol.
For,
I
will not make the same mistakes as my father.
If you know me as someone other than Knox-
Please don't tell anyone about this.
I'd really appreciate that, I just needed to vent.
That's all.

Spongebob Porno-Pants
OMG
Never, I mean never buy pirated movies from ANY foriegn country.
I mean NEVER, it will scar you for life.
Ya' see, my dad brought back some movies from his trip to Singapore, one of them being the Spongebob Movie.
He put it into the DVD player
and all of a sudden the screen froze up and a gianormous looming BUTT pops up on the screen. My dad was like "What the Hell is that?!!" and I'm like "Oh-My-God!!
Augghhh, it's a butt" and I hid behind the pillow, totally digusted. After a few shocked seconds my dad started laughing and cut it off and said "Don't tell your mother" and I'm like "okay".
Apparently there was more on that DVD too - besides the 'Butt'
We threw it out right after.
It turns out that the movie had originally been a porn video and when the Singapore peoples couldn't sell it they taped the Spongebob Movie over it. Nasty, perverted, street vendors.
Aughhh
GET OUT MY HEAD PUTRID IMAGE!!!!

Japan Day
24 for hours of cosplay, green and white tea, Japenese terrioki chicken, anime, manga, and general gooffing off Japanese style.
Heheheheh.
It was awesome!!
We stay up practically all night and slept till noon.
I'm very sorry to have neglected my otaku site for so long. I hope you guys haven't forgotten me.
I'm gonna try to get to all your sites tonight.
It's just that with the exams comming up (speaking of which the first one starts tomorrow) I've been really busy.
Well the anime's I order finally came. I'm gonna try to watch at least one episode tonight though I have to study. Niadra's isn't very happy though. She want's me to wait and watch them with her which I would probably consent to except I've been waiting for those blasted things for like 4 weeks! We'll see. I probably won't have time any way.
This is one of the picture Niadra and me took-posing.
This one's the one of me about to perform the death blow on Naia.
It's about the only one where I don't look like a total dweeb. I'm not very photogenic and have the tendancy to make wierd faces-alot.
Damn ballet class has ruined me for life! I look more balletish than Japanese in most of the picks.
Dammit!
Oh,
by the way, I'm in the fuscia silk shirt and Niadra's in the kimono.
They're the one's my dad brought back from Singapore.
There are more pictures in the original cosplay section if you care to look.
-Off to study for French or should I say, francais.
Blehhhh...!

Dinner in Tokyo
Yes,
Dinner in Tokyo.
More on that later.
My beloved father return from Singapore bearing gifts...
I gotta a Kimono, a silk shirt, and a Chinese (all well) T-shirt!! He also brought me back some beautiful jewelery, a watch, a purse, and some...pens?(I don't know). He also got some foriegn moola($$) from Singapore and JAPAN. Yes, on the way home he had dinner in Tokyo! He was just in the airport but...
Well I think that's pretty awesome.
My dad's been all over the world. He's the Chief Engineer on an oil tanker. He's supposidly a miracle worker on the ship.
He's a sailor for over 30 years.
He's away alot though.
But he's seen the world and
I get to here about.
It's great.
