fade away slowly
look at all the memories
falling all around me
like raindrops
watch them fall and fade away into nothing
you cant catch the past in your hand
unless its a snowflake
then it just melts away into the neverending void

so im here
where ive always been

ive been here, waiting for someone to rescue me
but everyone knows thats never happening
happiness is only a temporary escape from the eternal sadness that is just that
as eternal as death and the changing tides of time
you cant go back no matter how much you wish to
you cant be happy unless happiness seeks you out
you cant find it on your own
walking the lonely road, dont forget the memories
those are the only good things you have
to remind you of me
shattered dreams pave the lonely road to hell...
and everything else shits upon your head
dont spend your like ducking, running, and hiding... fucking shit happens..
and just because you are unable to deal with it... doesnt mean i cant
