Chapter 2

The whole class dropped in silence, as clichéd’ as it sounded yes it was so quite you could hear a pen drop. The class started to whisper amongst themselves ‘’..How does she know our new teacher?.’’ ‘’Who is he?.’’ ‘’what a weirdo..’’ the rapid talking of the class lost cherry in her thought her cheeks still flushed. Aoi-sama looked at the class, not really caring what they where talking about but was focused on cherry trying to make it not obvious, he then observed the rest of the class as well, he placed his two fingers on his glasses pushing them up so they didn’t slip from his face ‘’Lesson One. We’ll learn about math equations.’’ Pacing the floor. His back against the students raising his hand he began to write up problems on the chalkboard. Placing his chalk back down he turned to them and began picking students randomly ‘’Minamo….Hanako…Shikushi..takeda and Cherry.’’ The students began talking again he just started. Getting the feeling he was a strict person, a girl stood up it was Minamo Ushiki ‘’..Um Aoi-Sensei..Cherry-chan just got here can’t we give her a break.’’ Cherry turned to the girl, giving a light smile to her as a thank you and minamo smiled back. Deep blue, or however aoi-sensei gave a grin ‘’And ms.ushiki?.’’ minamo shuddered, she was put in the spotlight, and everyone looked at her waiting for her to answer ‘’…Well i..i was just saying---‘’ fixing his glasses once more he turned to her ‘’Do your problem as followed ms. Ushiki.’’ Cherry stood from her seat and walked with minamo to the board so they could do there problems he assigned them. She took her piece of chalk and stared at the problem before her.

A sigh rushed over her, shaking the chalk in her hand she started to think of how to solve this. She hated math, math wasn’t her strong point but some things she did get and it would make her happy. After a couple of minutes of thinking, she thinks she finally got the answer and started to write It down on the chalk board. Finishing putting the last number down she looked back over to deep blue giving a low blush and headed back to her seat, the other children looked at her work and headed back to there seat. Deep blue waited till they took there seats and went over there works ‘’….Ushiki..it seems you have miscalculated…change it.’’ He went to Hanakos next ‘’…..It’s mistake ms.Naku, Mr. Uuma, Mr. Kitau and..’’ he looked at cherry who stared back at him with a blushed face but looked away from him. ‘’Ms.Hazukashii..perfect except this here.’’ He moved the comma to the right place. Everyone then looked at cherry and there face lit up with excitement once more ‘’Wow! Cherry’s good at math!.’’ ‘’Are you a child prodigy!?.’’ Getting hit with to many questions at once, once they where done she then decided to answer ‘’…I’m not so good with math..but..the ones I get I’m good at.and..no I’m not a prodigy…’’ everyone squeaked hearing her voice even the boys. A loud tap, broke everyone’s chatter, starling everyone and made it fall quite once more. ‘’Open your books to page 112 in your math books and do problems 1-10 on 112, and on page 113 do problems 1-26 you will turn in a complete set of 36 problems to me today.’’ Taking another glace at the students as they sighed and whined.

Cherry opened her books and started to work, while others quietly talked, did the work and goofed off. He then sat down and called cherry towards the desk. She got utterly nervous but went up there anyway. The students where to busy amongst themselves to care ‘’….um yes aoi-sam..uh!.uh..aoi-sensei.’’ Her head bowed with an noticeable blush upon her cheeks, she couldn’t help it thou, he was her teacher and she loved him. Luckily she was such a shy person you couldn’t really notice it deep blue took off his glasses, his eyes shinned demonic blue, for a comment then back to human. ‘’….Cherry met me after school.’’ Her heart sank, and she went back to her seat sitting down with a startled look as she looked down, her heart going crazy, did she do something wrong? On her first day? She begged herself to change what she had written upon the board to something wrong instead, minamo looked at her, and had watched her go up there ‘’What did teach say?.’’ She looked at her, her eyes sort of watery but her head bowed ‘’..I think I got detention….’’
Minamo fell silent.
