Ah, Oni-con. It was alright. Wasn't really worth all the drama of getting there though! ^^; There plenty of cosplayers, only a few were worth taking pictures of to me.. (geez, I'm harsh.) But I got to hug Travis Willingham, who plays Roy Mustang's voice from Fullmetal Alchemist, so that was one of my favorite moments. He's sooo tall! It was scary! Lol, I'm so short though, I barely hit his chest. ^^ So, after Oni-con, it was back to work again unfortunetly. But a least now I enjoy going to work. My health has even improved! ^^ I was so stressed at my other job I had health problems... But I'm good now! *does thumbs up and gets bonked in the head* >w< And where is my muse?? She seems to have gone on vacation!! Nya.. I havn't been able to do anything in Photoshop lately. >.<

Yes! Oni-con is Friday!! *jumps for joy* I almost didn't get Friday off from my job, but I had a close talk with the store manager and managed to get it off. The only thing is I have to work a graveyard shift the night before. So instead of going home and sleeping before Oni-con, I get picked up from work Friday morning at 7am! >.< It's more tough being assistant manager than it seems. TT^TT Anyways, I managed to fix Photoshop on my computer, so hopefully I'll be adding some more stuff soon. Why was it broken in the first place you ask? Well.. yea.. let's just make it a good example of why you DON'T tweak with the programming of Photoshop. I mean, geez, all I wanted to do was change the splash image, and the whole thing went beserk on me! It wouldn't launch at all!! Luckily, I remembered that I had backed up that crucial file before I had my fun, so Photoshop ended up being ok. =D (yay for backing up files!!!) >w<

Almost Oni-con time!

Well, I made the move to the new work, and it's as stressful as ever! D= My first morning sucked too!! Not only did I read my schedule wrong and leave 30 min. later that I was supposed to, I got caught by a train from here to there that was 3 engines and over 250 cars long!!!! AHHHHH!!! So needless to say, when I was supposed to be there was 5:30am, but it ended up with me getting there at 6:30.... *sobs* I HAD THE WORST MORNING EVER! On a lighter note however, Oni-con is right around the corner, and I can't wait to take a break from my hectic lifestyle. (I'm seriously under so much stress, I have health problems..) I swear I'm going to have grey hair by the time I'm 30. xD

Good and bad news.....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Currently listening to: Golden Sky- Smile.dk Current mood: all of the above? (I'm serious..) ._.;; ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Being a manager is a lot easier than I previously thought! I mean, I still have my bad days and all.. but those are just stuff you gotta deal with. I mean, who doesn't have bad days? ^___^ As for the good news, I got my 200 dollar sign on bonus for becoming a manager!! Yay! Not only that, but I got another check for a mystery shop that our store had where we got 96 out of 100. I got a 50 dollar check for that. Bragging rights, anyone? >=D Now I have enough money to spend at Oni-con! Wooooo can't wait! It's the 3 year anniversary of meeting some friends of mine. We've been con roomies ever since. ^^ As for the bad news, this really makes me sad mind you, I'm not going to be managing at the store I started out at anymore. I'm going to be transferred to a store in Wal-mart down the street. I know it's good for my career and all, but I can't help but feel sad about not being able to see my coworkers, who are some of my best friends, like I used to. It's like moving from a town you grew up in to a totally new city! Oh it's so hard. Lol, I'm tearing up right now at the thought. I'm such a sap. TT^TT ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Questions! 1.) Had any moves where you lost some dear friends? 2.) Are you a con goer? 3.) Copic or Prismacolor? My answers: 1.) Hahaha, this work thing is really the hardest thing ever. One of my friends is heartbroken I'm leaving and the other doesn't care. Go figure. o_O 2.) YES! I love going to cons! Let's see... I go to Oni-con every year in Houston, I've been to A-kon 18 in Dallas, and I plan to go to Anime Expo this summer in Los Angeles. And the summer after that? Otakon!!!!! ^_____^ 3.)    Sort of long post today!

Let's see if I'm dead yet! *pokes self with stick* Hm... I think I'm a little overdone..... Ugh, this new position at my job is having its effect on me slowly. Yay! New anime!

I'm munching on pizza flavored Goldfish. =3 listening to: Tori no Uta (Air TV opening) Just completed: Card Captor Sakura wallpaper featuring Sakura in her kitty outfit. * ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I tried watching Lucky Star.. but got bored halfway through the first episode.. Does it end up getting better, or is the entire series like that?? Ugh.. I feel the pain of the ages..

* Listening to: Sakura Kiss (Host Club) Mood: Sleepy and achy (is that even a word??) o_o * Well, after surviving last night, I feel that I can accomplish anything! *goes to lift 500 pound weight and arms rip off* O_O Ok maybe not.. *super glues them back on* >.< Well, I had to close the restuarant last night so I didn't get home until about 3 in the morning. TToTT Not to mention we had some major problems when we were closing too! I'm lucky my senior manager was there and knew most of what to do because I would have been lost! Ok well what happened was when we counted the cash drawer for one of our employees, it was 400 dollars short! So we were like, "ok..." and we went back in the computer trying to find the money. We found it alright. It turns out one of the day managers had put someones drawer as 400 dollars over!! We were wondering how she didn't see that! And the thing that sucked even more was that the money that we needed had already gone out in the day deposit.. TToTT Yea.. It was an eventful night. We had to fax stuff to the store owner, call the store manager... big mess. >< But aside from me being sleepy (what am I even doing up? o_O) it seems I came out unscathed.    Power can make you go insane

   Havn't been on in awhile!! >

OMG! I've been working so I havnt had time to make a lot of wallpapers or anything. I just became manager at my job (I start officialy Tues.) so my scedules gonna be even more hectic. (I open at 4 am Wed. and Fri. and close at 2 am on Sat.) TToTT I added a few new wallpapers today to try and make up for the gap I left. People please comment if you download. It gives me a chance to go look at your works and comment on them as well. ^^ Well.. I hope somebody happens to look at this. Probably not.. but one can hope. BTW everyone, thanx for 2000 downloads. ^^
