   Whee!
In my English class we are reading the playwright of 'The Diary of Anne Frank', and because of my excellent reading skills I was chosen to read Anne's long lines. At one scene Anne apparently stands up and yells "WHEE!!!!" So when it came time to read the part, I shriek "Whee!!!" as loud as I can, and then dance around the room. It was fun.

ME: I want bagels!

Shaku: I don't have a poem called Bagels.

ME: Write one!

Shaku: Right...

ME: YAY!

Shaku: I was being sarcastic! NO!!

ME: Awww...

Shaku: Okay, I-

ME: You will? YAY!

Shaku: NO!

ME: Awww...

Shaku: Okay, wel-

ME: You will? YAY!

Shaku: DANG IT! NO!

ME: Awww...

Shaku: Alright, now-

ME: You will? YAY!

Shaku: GOSH DANG IT! NO!!!!

ME: Awww...

Shaku: yeah, now let's-

ME: You will? YAY!

Shaku: HOW MANY TIMES CAN I SAY A FORM OF "YES" WITHOUT REALIZING?!?!?!

ME (hearing 'yes'): YAY!!!!!

Shaku: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

ME: Aww...

And so it continues...


This really happened, and when we finally stopped it started up again a few minutes later with a completely different subject.

   The Perfect Prayer for Relationships (I'm still not religious)

   My sister
When my sister was about two years old, my family went camping. My stepdad/her father, Zou, took my sister Ika for a short walk. When she came back Zou asked her in front of all of us (my mother Ume, me, and my one-year-old brother Moji) and a video camera "What did you see on your walk, Ika?" She looked around nervously and then said quietly in that baby accent they all have, "I sawed a back bunny..." (I saw a black bunny) Then Zou asked her what the bunny did when she say it. Ika said, "Hophop!!" softly, then began hopping around to show exactly what the 'back bunny' did. It was pretty cute.
