My trip to Florida Part 1
Ok, so here's the entire trip. It's pretty long, but that's what's expected of living there for four months.

So after I landed in Florida and got my luggage, I was wandering around like an idiot trying to find where I was supposed to go. I went outside and found it so humid, it was unbelieveable. It took me about twenty minutes to figure out what to do and so after about a half hour after the shuttle got to the airport, I was taken to one of the Disney apartment complexes, Vista Way. I got checked into my apartment, filled out papers, got my ID's and everything and went back to my house to meet my other roommates.

At the beginning, there were eight girls under one roof. Heaven, Jamie, Emma, Kayla, Jenni, Rachel, Jess and I. I don't remember where everyone is from but I was from the west, the rest being from the midwest. It sucked! We couldn't go anywhere in Disney yet because we didn't have the right ID.

It took a little while. So basically, we did our required class, "Traditions", aka, Disney Brainwashing for four hours. After that we were free to do what we wanted. Since I had three days before my first training, I explored Disney a little and went to magic Kingdom.

After exploring, I didn't do much except get used to the time change and the heat and I even got a tan! (Unfortunately, I ended up being indoors a lot and went back to being pale.)

Something I really liked about Florida was the fact that everything was really clean. They have tolls everywhere on most freeways which is how they get their money for the roadwork and everything is clean and the roads are amazing.

So after I finished my training, and while it was still a slow season, I was working Monday through Friday, usually starting at eleven in the morning and leaving ten at night, except Friday, which I would leave at eleven or sometimes midnight.

But then, in the middle of September, we hosted the annual International Food and Wine Festival and I got to see Village People, The Beach Boys, Sheena Easton, David Cassidy, Little Richard, The Four Tops, Jon Secada, The Contours featuring Sylvester Pots and David Sanborn in concert.

About a week before I saw The Beach Boys, I met someone named Sasa (sasha) and dated him. Everything was fine.

This is all for Part One. I'll write more later.
