Full Report: AnimeFEST & new job
Hello everyone
I know its been an ungodly long time for me to have been without making a single post, but I had intended to buy a Cat. 5 cable to connect my computer to the internet tomorrow. Even so, a Labor Day miracle happened and the wireless is back on and allowing me to use the internet again ^_^

I appreciate all of your comments and everything too, you're so great.

Anime FEST

As a con-goer, I have the tendency to go to at least two anime conventions per year. Well, so far its five... in two years, but I intend to keep up this superb record of attendance in the years to come. I'm sure I should mention the website that may or may not exist in the future that got accidentally invented: whiskeypedia.com. Yes there was alcohol (wonderful stuff) and it was a merry time. I attempted to play Guitar Hero too, which ended up in minor disappointment in my skills.

Ah, the important part is here: the Shwag Report

I arrived on Friday a tiny bit too late to enter the dealer's room, which may have been a good thing. If I had not left my frugality or self-control in the hotel room, I wouldn't have bought all of these wonderful items:

1. Last Exile complete boxed thin pack $80
2. a couple of boxes of Pocky which were quickly and decisively obliterated $4
3. and a Force effects Light Saber by Master Replicas $150 x_x

I'm a quick shopper, because I spent an ungodly amount of time at this con doing nearly nothing for it being Dallas' second biggest Anime convention. I skipped out on some panels because, frankly, I've seen it by now... I drew my wallet after I was done shopping too.

No Regrets - Only Shwag

Job

I'm so glad I'm working at a job where the boss isn't replacing a family with his employees. My boss is a real honest-to-God boss. He'll let me know if I'm not being a great employee before I'm canned ^_^. This is a great place for me, considering the 5 minute drive and the fact I can go out to eat wherever the hell I want now that I'm within driving distance of all the places I know so well. I dropped by Purdy's last week... It feels weird to be a customer. The thing to know is that I'm exceeding expectations currently. I know how this type of business works and everything, and I do my work fast. All I need to work on is remembering how much work I need to be "done". I'm getting better ^_^

Otherwise

That Negima vector is being put on hold for the time being, and I'll have to wonder if I'll remember it's there. I honestly haven't touched my computer in about two weeks -_-

I'd love to visit your sites tonight, but I can't stay up so late, so goodnight for now.

Question:

1. Guess how many of my co-workers are married or have children?
