Which do you think is the best Final Fantasy game and why?

I think FF7 has the most memorable villian, but it's missing the romance and vivid scenary that FFX has. And though Tidus isn't as strong as Cloud, he's a more likable character. That's it in a nutshell. So FFX is the best so far I think. Atleast until FFXII and Dirge of Cerberus come out.
