Naruto High School Part 19 - Lights, Camera, ACTION! The School Play!!!!

Okay....here it is! Part 19. Hope you enjoy!

InuYasha - Again, not as cool as me.

Sesshomaru - I actually enjoyed it.

Itachi - ....

Romeo and Juliet. That's what the big sign in curly pink script said. Naruto, Kiba, and Sasuke were staring up on the notice above the billboard.

"A school play?" Sasuke inquired.

"No, duh," Kiba said. "There's no way I'm going to join this!"

Naruto nodded in agreement.

A bunch of girls dashed over to the sign up board and scribbled down their names.

"The drama club! I love it!" said one.

Ino smiled. "I'm so gonna be Juliet!"

Sasuke looked around. "Wow...there's a lot of girls here. The Drama Club must be popular." He turned to Naruto and Kiba. "Uh...guys?"

Naruto and Kiba were drooling and had heart eyes. "GIRLS! HOT GIRLS!!! I'm totally signing up!"

Sasuke slapped his forehead. "Idiots..."

"What the hell is this?" Naruto yelled, waving the script up and down.

Sasuke replied, nonchalant as usual, "It's a script."

Kiba rolled his eyes. Sasuke, casual as ever. "Yeah! I think we know that! I'm just wondering about - "

"HOW STUPID THIS THING IS!" interrupted Naruto. "I mean, look at it! With all the thous and the haths and all that junk! Who would even understand it!?"

Itachi walked in glancing at the script. "Someone with a brain, unlike you, perhaps."

"Nii-san?" Sasuke asked. "What are you doing here?"

"I work here," he said, flipping a page.

Naruto and Kiba fell off the stage. "EH!!???"

Itachi looked up at the two idiots. "No! I'm not into drama."

"They why are you such a drama king?" Sasuke muttered.

"Heard that, you little twerp," Itachi ruffled Sasuke's hair. "Just wanted to see what changes they made in the script since I've last been here."

Naruto was sitting on the stage, legs dangling while Kiba was trying to untangle Shino from the curtains. "Soo....you did Romeo and Juliet when you were in high school?"

Itachi nodded. Sasuke looked around the whole room and noted that a lot of boys were here. "Um...Nii-san? Why are there a lot of guys here?"

Kiba and Naruto exchanged glances. Itachi rolled his eyes. "He has no clue." The three of them said.

"Hi, guys!" Edge yelled, walking over to the group.

"Your the senoir that gave Lee and Neji the wrong directions!" Kiba said.

"No...he gave them the right ones....Lee and Neji are just idiots," Itachi said. "And I've got the transcripts to prove it."

Just then, Gai waltzed into the room wearing a weird costume. Lee followed him in and the boy was slapping his forehead in annoyance. "HELLOO EVERYBODY!!!" Gai screamed. "I'm Gai-sensei and I'm your drama teacher!"

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" Everybody yelled.

"YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!" Gai yelled.

Lee rolled his eyes.

Itachi put the script down on the edge of the stage. "Good luck." He left just as silently as he came.

Gai looked at all the kids participating. "Looks like the gangs all here."

"Yeah..." said Naruto and gang.

"Okay, so as you all know, we are doing the play Romeo and Juliet," Kamija said. "I'm Kamija-san and I'm in charge of directing! Edge here is the stage manager, while Hikari, Neko and Kisara are doing costume and make-up. Kurohataru is fixing up lighting while Ami takes care of publicity. Aileena, Kurohataru, Ami, Neko, and Kisara has scenery as well. Anybody else that wants to help backstage can help. Got that!? GOOD!"

Kiba bent down and whispered, "She didn't give us enough time to answer."

Kamija stepped on Kiba. "Well, i guess we'd better get started. Take it away, Edge!"

"Thank you I....guess," Edge muttered. "Um, we'd like you to all take a look at the script for tonight because audtions are tomorrow. For, now, we would like to discuss other thing that the Drama Department is doing."

Ami giggled. "Drama department! You make it sound so cool! You must really like drama, Edge-san!"

"No......that's what Gai told me to say."

Gai nodded with satisfaction. Lee slapped his forehead.

Sasuke, Kiba, and Naruto sighed. This was NOT good.

Short...I know...but the next one will get better! Wait for Part 20! The Auditions and...Itachi's big confession! OOOHH! The suspense is killing me. (Or is that my little sister?) Hope you like it and comments are always welcome! See ya!
