why are people so stupid (Not all)

Ok, this kid at a school (Near mine), he was waiting for a bus right. And then he was bored because his bus was running late. So he jsut decided to go back to his house and get a hairspray can and a match and light some random mailbox on fire. What ann idiot. And of course the police handcuffed him. And he was only 11, he goes to a middle school and I'm in high school. Andhe got expelled and is juvenile hall. What kind of idiot sets a mialbox on fire when he/she is bored? But then when he got handcuffed, there was his bus! Hahaha lol. I laughed for like hours.
