Is it weird too...
Hey guys!! You all know who you are! *points at people who know who they are*
I would like to adress and issue that came up when I was reading a reply from Boku. Is there a line between obsession and insanity? I mean for anime. You can only go so far with an anime, other wise you become totally obsessed and your parent's look at you crazy. Are you insane if when people ask you who you like you say the name of a celebrity *cough*Sakuma-san*cough* that doesn't really exist? I don't think so but I was wondering what you guys thought?
Secon item on the agenda...
Can you become obsessed with any manga? I know I can! But how far is obsessed? Knowing the blood type and birthday of an imaginary person borders on freakish even by my standards and my parenst threatened to take away my manga's if i didn't stop obsessing over them and start "living in the real world" as the said. What they don't get is that Manga IS MY LIFE!! There is no real world for me! I told my mom not to say bad things about Yuki because he was emotionally unstable. She asks who Yuki is. I tell her. She tells me that my obsession with "those cartoons" *i know I almost died when she said that!* is getting to an unhealthy level and that she is goign to take the books away and not allow me to read them anymore if I continue to talk about these people as if they were real people.*lol I just did it again!*I told her that cartoonsa re for little kids and the stuff I read and watch is for older teens wich does not put them in the same cattagory as cartoons such as astro boy and bugs bunny and tweety, which , in my opinion are classed as "cartoons" though I hate to use that word. She just doesn't understand how much I feel for the characters. I told her that manga's are for everyone and that there are enough of them out there that I could find one she would like. She laughed but took my bet so I am currently trying to find a manga for a 34 year old who works at a jhon deere centre and likes harlaquin romance and CSI. Anybody got any? The closest 've got in my collection is FAKE butI know she wouldn't like it because she doesn't like gay guys as mucha s I do. If it was just the detective stuff I think she'd love it though! I'd much apreciate some titles if you do! I have to find it before christmas or the deals off! Lol! I guess I should get on that huh? *sweat drop* Such a procrastinator!lol! well I'm off to bed now so be good and be excillent to each other!
