It has been decided. Kishimoto Masashi-sama has created the end of the Naruto series both anime and manga (1998-2007). The final episode will take part of the Shippuuden ('Lightning Chronicles') series (episode # ?). In an interview Kishimoto-sama stated about the end of Naruto, "....I can't draw him forever. There will be a lot of deaths but Naruto will live on in my heart..."
There are a lot of deaths too!^^ Kakashi and Lee are the first two to die. Kakashi is killed by Itachi and Lee opens up all 8 Inner Gates and dies. Gaara dies again and Temari is impaled with her own fan. Kankuro becomes Kazekage. Orochimaru is killed by Sasuke/Kabuto is killed by Naruto for those who couldn't see that coming. Shikamaru is strangled by his own Shadow Strangle Jutsu, Choji runs out of chakra and dies, Ino is pushed off a cliff by a member of Akatsuki. They are all fighting Akatsuki. That wasn't a worthy death neither is Neji's and Shino's. Asuma dies fighting Hiden of Akatsuki. Sasori is killed by his own grandmother! The only genin now chunin that lives are Sakura, Hinata, Kiba and Kankuro for the adults: Jiraiya, Tsunade, Gai ~ I don't know about Kurenai.
They were all fighting Akatsuki which only 1 member dies who was killed by Lee. And the leader is ------ The Yellow Flash Yondaime Uzumaki Arashii: The Fourth Hokage, Jiraiya's student, Kakashi's sensei, Naruto's father. The end of the series is a scene of Itachi leaving the Akatsuki.

Sasuke never kills his brother, Naruto never becomes Hokage its a sad ending for the series but I think its better this way
