Haunting Past and a New Start - part #63
Hyute elegantly walked out the door of the house, though the village, and without pause right into the Black forest. Her once still heart beat again with excitment - she was going to get to see her husband again! affter all these long years...She dared to hope that things where finialy turing around for the better.
Hyute thinking: soon E-bane, soon we shall see eachother once again.
Finialy she came to a quiet and secluded part of the forest, she knew no-one could see her here. So she carefully reached up and begain to fiddle with the knot on the back of her blind fold, it came undone at last and she gracefully took it off revealing misty grey eyes that where unable to see. A gentle breeze blew though the trees, it was cool and invigorating.
Hyute: soon...I won't have to hide anymore.
This was a comforting relization, but a deeper touble stired and a shadow returned to hur features that had been soft even if only for a moment.
Hyute: ...but I will always have to chose witch side I wish to show and hide the other, to preserve anyworlds shred of sanity or hope. *sigh*
She steeld her-self against these thoughts and held the black and green fighting staff out infront of her.
Hyute: Akatasin! Swoh ym yuov'q teru fmro!
The staff began to glow beneth her fingers, the shaft of it beccame a shocking white, on one end a metalic silver heart formed and was instantly engulfed in silvery white flames, below the heart two metal blades potruded from the side a short ways, but they looked almost soft in the warm glow of the silvery white fire. Hyute smiled.
Hyute: better.
She closed her eyes and felt life fill her again, it was a strange feeling affter being dead for so long, she felt a tingiling sensaition all over her body and when she opend her eyes again, they where the most beutifull shade of green you had ever seen with golden rings in them, she held out her arm and inspected it, it was pale and clothed with elegant silk robes that draped in the sleves. Her back felt heavy now due to the exeptionaly large pairs of light silver wings, one pair feathry and soft the other Lethery and hard.
Hyute: it feels good to be alive again. *smile* ^_^
Hyute thinking: that's right, I may be the litteral embodiment of death, but I am also the litteral embodiment of life...somewhere along the way in all the darkness I forgot that.
She held her septer out again.
Hyute: Onepv! Geta ot Geo!
The ground beneath her beccame a liquid-like substance and drew her in, it was ptich black inside with the exeption af a little light that seemd a long way off. The air was stale here as if it haden't moved in thousands of years, the place had a rather for-boding and ominous feeling to it, not somwhere one would genraly go for a vacation. The light got sedial closer as she driffted along, no ground to feel beneath her feat, no sweat scent to smell on the non-existant breeze. finialy the light got close enough to touch, she did and it threw her into the sky of another world, She was forced to opejn her wings and use them to prevent her-self from plumeting to the ground.
Hyute thinking: I had forgeoten how much fun flying was! ^_^ Felling the wind beneath my wing with nothing to hold me down. - this is what I've missed!
The 300 foot wing span she produced was clearly visible to anyone who might have been on the ground, the wind whiped though her long azure hair as she dove towards the ground.
Hyute: now to find E-bane! ^_^
with a powerfull stroke of her mighty wings she prop[eled her self forwards tough the air. Bellow her was a vast forest, full of energy and life she could hear the birds chirping and the animals and demons who had made it ther home. From up in the sky she had a good veiw of this old world, it was lush and green with rivers flowing though valllys and forests into giant lakes and oceans, it was calming and peacefull to the ignorant who would look apon it. Up a head was a reletivly small castle (as far as castles go anyway), it too looked peacefull and firt perfectly in the feld at the south eastren edge of the imensly vast forest. Hyute's exitment begain to rise again, this time turning her stocmach so it felt like butterflys where dancing in it.
Hyute thinking: at long last...I'm home.
