Not for the weak of mind
I woke up the other morning because there was a scary fluttering racket rather close to my head.

That was because a pigeon was sitting on my room mate’s bookshelf. It flew in through the window. My room mate’s window is the only window in the building that doesn’t have a screen, and that’s the one that just happens to be open.

Speaking of birds. Tuesday morning was the first time since Easter break started that I went back to work. Walked outside and two friends greeted me. A few seconds later there was a thunk noise and there lay a small little bird on the ground. What the bird had done was fly strait into one of the dorm’s glass doors. Assuming the bird was more stunned than anything, I gently picked it up and cradled it gently in my hand, making sure it was in a comfortable position. (I didn’t want it to get stepped on by someone who wasn’t paying attention to where they were walking >.<;;)

I figured the bird was going to be ok when after a few minutes I felt it slightly shift its legs to a more comfortable position, as it nestled in my hand. It started moving its head around a bit, and I breathed a sigh of relief.

And then it pooped on my hand.

Made a nest of grass near a tree for it to rest, gently placed it down, and washed.

Hey, it wasn’t all too bad. I was only a minute late for work, so yeah. *shrugs*

Speaking of animals. I learned that “Hey, wanna watch a movie in my room?” translated to college speak means “Hey, wanna come to my room and have sex?”

For a week strait I had strait hair.

Mwar. Both taken at 3ish in the morning. *raises eyebrow*

I have in my possession, finally ever after, the newest Katatonia cd. And now a part of my insides I was never aware of has made its presence known by becoming overwhelmed with joy. Weird how that works.

Fiesta is going underway.

This made me grin. That made me sorta laugh and shake my head.
