Currently listening to: Spice Up Your Life by the Spice Girls. Current time: 4:05 pm. Current mood: See title of post. So what else is new? Yeah, I know I haven't been here lately, but I'll get to that later. I've been sick and out of school for the past two days. Do my friends even seem to care? No. Am I over-reacting? I don't think I am. See for yourself: Bri: (on the phone during our lunch period) Are you STILL sick? Me: Yes. Did you pick up my homework for me? Bri: Nope! Me: >_<# Why not?!? Bri: Uh, well, I didn't get to school until 8 o'clock [that's when homeroom starts for us], I can't go now because I'd be interrupting classes, and I'm leaving early during 9th period study hall for a Lacrosse game. Besides, I wouldn't be able to drive it over to your house anyways. I won't get home from Lacrosse until 6:30, and then after that I have to babysit. So, you see, I didn't have time. Me: Oh. I understand. [Not really...] Bri: That's why I called. To tell you I couldn't get your homework to you. [Sure you did. That's why I had to bring the subject up] Me: Is Danielle there? Danielle: Hey. Me: I tried calling you like 20 times last night, but you wouldn't pick up. Danielle: Oh did you? I didn't know. [How could you not know?? I left you a message, and you have caller ID] Me: Well anyways, I need help with Chemistry. Danielle: You're asking the wrong person. I don't understand what we're doing in there at all. Sorry. You should ask the teacher, not me. Me: Oh. Ok. Bri: Well, we better get going. Bye! Nice, huh? After that lovely conversation, I've been asking myself over and over again: What kind of friends do I have? Of course, I'm not talking about anyone here on MyO. But honestly, do you think I have a right to be upset about this, or am I just over-reacting? [/RANT] Now that that's over with, I'll explain the reason(s) for my absense: Thursday: I stayed after school for anime club (yay!) and by the time I got home, my dad was home too. And, as you know, I'm grounded from the net, so I can only get on when I'm home alone. Friday: Danielle came home with me and slept over. I was thinking about getting on MyO, but I thought it would be kind of rude to with a friend there. Saturday: Weekend. Plain and simple. Both parents home. No time to get on, unless I'm at my neighbor's house. This weekend, I wasn't. Sunday: Weekend still, and plus I was sick, sleeping all day. Monday: Both parents stayed home from work. -_-' So, I'm truly sorry about that. I can understand if everyone around here hates me. ^^;; I'll make up for it by visiting everyone tonight. ^_^ I'm still sick, but doing better. It seems that I just have a headcold right now. The positive thing about being home sick is that I have plenty of time to watch anime, and I did just that. I watched all of my Pretear episodes, and a lot of Sailor Moon. Tomorrow I plan on going back to school. -_-' And, I'm preparing for a load of makeup work. As you can see, I've changed my introduction around. If you haven't already yet, please take the time to read it. Not everything up there is pointless, you know. >_>; Oh yeah, and for those of you who want to know what my new hair looks like, take a look at the picture in my intro. I'm on the right.
