This question has been bothering me for such a looong time.....it was like a...brain itch or something (yeah, yeah, strange phrasing)

anyways, the question I have been agonizing over is:

What makes an inny an inny, and an outy an outy?

Answer: Genetics determines how your umbilical cord scarres

And I thought it could possibly have somthing to do with the way your umbilical cord was cut...
