Here is a poem I wrote
How I Feel
I wrote this poem for my friends so they could see how I was feeling…
I sit here staring into space
Thinking about what I have done
As I think I pick up the pace
And find my blade that I have hid.
I sit here crying
Not wanting to cut
Thinking of all the promises
I have made.
I whisper I’m sorry
And take the blade
I cut deep but fast
I cut away my fears.
I then watch as the blood
Runs from my arm
Curl up on my bed
And wish that everything
Will be different tomorrow.
