It's a long, opinionated two page complaint.
I really need to get something off my chest, and I’m going to write a little paragraph about it. Maybe more, but who cares.

The title of this little ramble is:

"Can't anyone speak English any more?”

I don't understand this monkey talk that people slosh around like its formidable English. It just ISNT! What is so cool about typing like a retard? Honestly. Someone please comment to help me understand why it is cool to make yourself look like the town drunk?
How many times have I heard this, and tried to understand it:

“It’s the cool thing to do now!!” Oh yeah? It’s the cool thing to do? Well what if the cool thing to do was to jump off of a tall cliff that ended at a rocky bottom with flaming sharks that were going to eat you? How about that, is that cool then?

This little typing spree is not pointing to anyone in particular, but every one as a whole. What is wrong with typing two extra letters in the word: you? How is it time saving to type U. If you want to type faster, I suggest practicing. We had to practice when I was in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, and we didn’t get to just type U, nope, we had to spell out the whole damn thing.

Sometime we had to type out real words like inanity and big words such as flabbergasted. Don’t you kids type correctly anymore? What is going to happen when you have to write an essay in college? Are you going to submit this to your professor?

“I thnk tht u r a moron. Wat I don undrstnd is y u got to fail me for my sp?.

Yeah, that’s not English, or any other language in the world. You aren’t cool, you aren’t sophisticated, and you don’t look smart. You look like a brainless twit! I blame my generation for having the audacity of messing up the English language by trying to save time.

Is it so hard putting in an extra five minutes to do something right? I honestly don’t see the problem with doing a good job of something, be it home work, typing, or a project.

Put some effort in it people! What are you going to do when mommy and daddy send you off on your own? You can’t live off of your parents forever; they’re going to die eventually. I tremble in fear as to how you are going to raise your kids. Are you going to teach them to cut corners to save time?

What happened to a job well done? Where is the satisfaction of coming home after an honest and hard day’s work? I know you all, I grew up with you, and we still do it. I do it sometimes. Most people do it only sometimes but more than others, and to me that is too much. Are you going to cheat your way through life by attempting to cut corners? Or are you going to put forth effort and feel worthy of what you have?
I don’t see the point in attempting to cut corners, I don’t see the point in trying to save a few seconds by typing one letter that represents a word. No matter how hard to try to convince people “y” is not a word, it is a syllable. “R” is not a word either, it is a consonant. You have to put a variety of syllables and consonants together to make a word. If anyone has forgotten that, I can teach you how to do it.

It’s not hard. Stop being a moron and act like you’ve been given a decent education, which you have been. You know how I know that? I went through the educational systems, and in America (if that is where you are from) you went through decent education. If you didn’t learn anything, that is because you are stupid and didn’t pay attention to class, and therefore wasted your time, the teachers time, and most likely my time if you had class with me.

I’ve had it up to here with mine, and the younger generations. Get off your butts and do something with yourselves. Stop acting like you know everything (YOU DON’T), stop strutting around like you’re big and bad (YOU ARENT), and stop being morons. When we have to grow up and be adults, and raise our kids, why would we teach them to be as moronic and daft as we are? Let’s break the cycle. Let’s go back to values, and proper living ways. Let’s all get back to wanting less and giving more. At the rate we are going, we won’t have enough for everyone. Try it.

My word of advice for most people my age and younger (and a little older):

-Pull up your pants
-Speak the proper way
-Type the proper way
-Be honest
-Take accountability
-Stop making excuses
-Work harder
-Stop taking your education for granted.

Yeah that’s right. I said it. Say what you want, I won’t be upset, I’ll simply ignore you if you come back to me with some invalid remark, or stupid words that I can’t understand. I will answer if you have a decent reply, or something that is valid and makes sense.
