Today was my birthday. Whoo hoo. My friend Jessica decorated my locker for me and gave me a bag with some candy in it. Stephanie gave me a card and so did Ashley. My mom gave me a bunch of small stuff, including Korn's "Follow the Leader" CD, which I'm listening to for the third time. It's a good CD.

Last night Rob asked me what other bands I liked or what other CD I'd want so he could have an idea as to what he could get me. I told him that I'd like a Marilyn Manson CD. He looked completely shockek, looked at me and asked "Are you going through a "dark period"?" I looked at him and laughed...

He and mom took me and Ashley to dinner at a resturaunt called Ruby Tuesday's. Good food there. And then we got the hottest waitor in the place. Happy days...

Well, I guess I'm done.

Didn't have school today. That made me happy. I like sleeping in. Found out that Greg's gonna take me to his homecoming, which is also Kelly's homecoming. That's this Saturday.

I'm so proud of myself. I know what I'm gonna do for Halloween. I'm being a black fairy, and wearing a dress that my cousin gave me a while ago. Tory's gonna help me make wings and I'm gonna try to find some sort of boots to wear, maybe borrow hers, but I dunno.

Well, I totally forget what I was gonna post about, so I guess I'll go try to remember... I'll get back to you when I do...

Haven't posted in a while, so I figured that I should.
Went to Kelly's birthday party on Saturday night. We had so much fun. Watched three movies, played air hockey, listened to music, stayed up til 1:30. We woke up at 10 though, but that's OK, we just watched another movie.
Saturday morning horseback was an adventure. We went on a trail ride, and a girl who's in our class led it. Well, like 2 minutes into it, the last horse in the line spooked really bad and was freaking out. So me and the girl infront of me let the girl on that horse go infront of us, cuz the horse (Amigo) tends to do better when he's in the middle. Weird horse thing. Well, I was on Cascade, a young mare who loves to go fast and have fun. When we cantered, Amigo flipped out, again, and me and Kristen (the girl infront of me) had to gallop to keep up with him. Cascade was so happy... she was bucking and jumping in the air and being a horse... Then when we stopped to let the horses cool off, Kristen told Carmen (the leader) that we had to gallop to keep up with Amigo, so next time we cantered, Carmen just put her horse into a gallop, so the whole line of horses was galloping. Cascade was bucking the entire way, but it wasn't a problem cuz she wasn't bucking to throw me, just to have fun. If a horse (especially a young one like Cascade) bucks to throw you, you're gone, and that's that.
Yesterday I finally got a chance to talk to Brandon, or atleast see him for more than the 15 seconds it takes for him to walk to the steps. It's still really depressing to think that we hardly ever see each other yet we live 2 houses away... Whatever, hopefully we'll actually get to spend time together over Christmas break...
I still love highschool. I hate classes on Gold days though, but the people and friends that I have make it all worthwhile. One guy who's in my History and Math classes, Garreck, fell up the steps on the way back from lunch today. It was hilarious. Well, there's a good song on the radio now so I'm gonna go sing along to it!

Had fun today. At school, one of my old friends in 8th grade at St John's shadowed me, which means she follwed me around to my classes to get a feel for what Good Counsel is like. I like having a shadow, you get special treatment.

Today, in lovely Maryland, it rained, and rained and then poured. So needless to say, I didn't go outside and run around with my neighbors. But I did to go Benihana's to celebrate Kelly's birthday. It was fun. Good food. Love it there.

Didn't have much homework either, so that made me happy. I love not having much homework. It makes the day seem so much better.

Well, Thats about all thats going on in my life right now... I guess I'll post when something else happens.

Went to the Good Charlotte concert last night. It was so good! The place they played at was pretty small, so even though Catherine and I weren't very close to the stage, we could see them really well. Well, except for the heads of the tall people... We didn't meet any of them, but it was still great.

Back to school tomorrow. Oh boy. Atleast I have P.E last period this week... That's always nice cuz we don't have to change back into our uniforms afterwards. I love A weeks. Cuz on A week we follow our schedule as written, but on B week, we flip our second and fourth periods. And on A week I have both subjects that I get homework in before study hall, so I can finish it. Yay! Well, That's about it for now. I'll post later.

School is hard. I don't hate it... yet. Everybody hates P.E class, but for some reason I enjoy it. All it is is physical work, and lots of it... whatever, I'm hyper and I just wrote a 3 page Personal Narrative for Lit, so I'm not gonna try to figure anything out or do any sort of real thinking. Public schools don't have to go in tomorrow because of a Jewish holiday which I'm not going to try to spell for fear of offending someone. Unfortunately, public schools does not include me. Stupid school.
This Saturday is going to be great! Going to a Good Charlotte concert with Catherine. Yes, I do realize that the majority of people who'll read this hate GC, but they'll just have to deal with that because I like them. And I have horseback @ 9 AM... which means that I have to get up early, but I'll be ok... I think. Horseback and going to a concert with Catherine means that I get to talk to Catherine, which I haven't done since last Saturday, and I want to talk to her now... writing that Lit story (which was about summer camp at the horse stables) made me remember some pretty funny stuff.
Whatever, I'm done writing now...

I Hate Lit Class. The teacher (Mrs. Huey-Burns) is a perfectionist who's voice is on the verge of being nasal, so it just sounds weird. I just have issues with Lit in general, don't I?

Went to the Labor Day Parade by my house today with Ashley. We had fun, but we didn't find anyone we knew, and so it got boring and we left around noon. We went back to her house where we sat on the porch and listened to music until we were bored out of our minds. So we decided to walk down to the park just to see what was going on. On the way we saw James and his family walking back from the parade, and so we just went to his house.

While we were there, Brandon walked out of his room followed by some girl who I'd never seen before. She reminded me of a snobby girl from my old class, which is scary, seeing as Brandon fits into the "goth" stereotype, and i've never seen him hang out with anyone who seems to fit into the "snobby popular, pinked-up girl" sterotype. And after asking James who exactly she was, me and Ashley found out that she's apparently one of his 'friends' and she spent the night last night... So right now I really wanna talk to Brandon to get the whole story before I start making up my own...

I've been so tired all day. It just hasn't been a fun day in general. Yuck. Maybe school'll be better tomorrow...

High school is so different. It's so crowded! Our freshman class is as big as my entire school last year. Crazy... especially the freshman hallway. Our religion teacher claims that the freshman hallway (where all the freshman lockers are) is literally hell. He looked at us and said "If you died tomorrow and went to hell, you would be stuck in the freshman hallway for eternity." So, yea, the population is very different.
Homework is very different too. The teachers last year weren't messing around when they told us that the High School teachers don't accept late homework for love or money. And they sure as hell like to pile it on! Last night I spent three hours working diligently on my homework and I still didn't finish it. But not finishing it isn't a huge problem, we have block scheduling and I have study hall every other day.
The teachers are ever so much better, too. The only teacher that I don't like is, yup, the Lit. teacher. Something about her just bugs me... but I don't know what. Our religion teacher is hilarious, he loves to joke around. The history teacher is interesting. He likes to joke around in a morbid sort of way. Our gym teacher is new. It's his first year teaching, he's young and good looking, and he's very kind-hearted. Oh, and since he's young, he was in some of the same classes that we're in (he graduated from our school) and can therefore relate to us. The Spanish teacher is a trip. He likes to joke around, but he has a short temper... it's odd... Nothing special about the math teacher... she's just your average mid-aged teacher... The physics teacher is very practical. She'll probably get on my nerves during the year, but for right now she's OK.
One of my friend's, Siri, has the field hockey coach for a physics teacher. I know his name, but I can't spell it for my life, so I'm gonna call him Mr. K. Well, Siri discovered that Mr. K is obsessed with... Pineapples... Don't ask, because I honestly don't know. All I know is that Siri said that his classroom is full of like Pineapple memorabilia (can't spell... sound it out), he has a yellow jeep with pineapple spelled out on the license plate, and he has a pinapple tatooed on his ankle. When Siri was done explaining this to me, she said "Y'know, I think he lives in a freakin pineapple under the sea!" I thought that was hilarious...
Well, thats all I have to say for now... although in like five minutes I'll realize that I forgot to say something or another. Oh well...

Oh boy, school starts tomorrow. Classes won't be that bad, I don't think. I've met a lot of people; everyone talks to everyone else, it's quite nice.
Had field hockey try outs today. Have field hockey try outs tomorrow and Friday from 3:30-5:30. Don't want to go to field hockey try outs anymore. I've decided that I don't even want to be on the team, so I asked my mom if she was still going to make me go. She said that she was. I'm going to try again to get her to let me drop out. Whatever. Only had to run two miles today for field hockey. But it was after we did drills instead of before, so everybody was more tired. I feel proud because I ran the whole first mile without walking. My total time was 25:15... or something like that. Close enough, right? Well, I'm really hyper right now, so I'm gonna go bug Catherine!
