Mixed feelings right now. I'm depressed because I only have tonight and tomorrow to enjoy my summer. Happy because I talked to Brandon. He decided to text message me. Didn't talk to him for too long, but it was enough. I got the Three Days Grace (name of band & CD) CD and it's really good. So I've managed to stay decently happy despite school starting horrendously soon. Well, I'll post later.

Today was interesting to say the least. Went to the eye doctor to pick up my contacts. That place is close to my high school, and my mom and I wanted to know what was up with field hockey because I had signed up at registration, and practice was supposed to start the 16th of this month, but we never heard anything about it, so we went to the school to see what was going on. We found out that practices had started the 16th, and the woman at the front desk didn't know why we hadn't been informed, but she told us that there was practice today at 3:30. I went, and we met other freshman playing on the team that hadn't been informed of anything either, so I didn't feel so alone. Another girl who I met and I went to the coach just to get things straight since they hadn't even had us on the list... He finished our conversation with the words "Well, are you ready to run?" He then went on to announce to the team that we would be running three miles. I think that the thought was worse than the actual run, but whatever. He then told us (after the run) that we'd be running that every practice. Oh boy...
I had already made plans yesterday to go to the mall with Kelly, Tassia and Kelly's friend from camp, who brought another friend. I invited Brandon, since we went to a movie after shopping for two hours, but he couldn't come because he had to pick James up, feed him and make sure he read his book. James still has two books to read and two reports to write before his school starts in two weeks, and he won't do things like that unless someone's there to yell at him...
My shins are really sore from running... I've never run three miles in my life, and I'm not in the greatest shape... The only reason I didn't quit is because I want to get into shape, and running three miles a couple times a week will probably do that for me... Well, that's about it. I'll try to post before school starts, seeing as when it does it's unlikely that I'll have time to do anything besides sleep, eat and do homework...

I am not happy right now. I haven't talked to Brandon in way too long, I'm bored all day anymore, and if I don't spend time with James and/or Brandon soon, it isn't gonna happen. I'm hoping that James isn't busy this weekend, cuz its the last totally free weekend I'm gonna have til winter break...
My schedule for next week:
Monday: Freshman retreat from 1-7PM
Tuesday: Freshman orentation, 7:45AM-2:45 PM
Wednesday: get ready for classes to start
Thursday: Classes start.

One Good thing about this weekend: I get paid for house/dog/fish sitting for three houses. I have to get mail and take care of pets... One house has a dog, the other two just have fish. If all goes as planned, I'm getting $75 total. 20 for the fish houses, 35 for the dog. So atleast I won't be poor when classes start... Whoopee... I really want to just throw things at the walls right now...

Today was the most boring day I've had in a long time. There's just nothing to do anymore. James left for boy scout camp for a week, so I doubt that it's gonna get better. Except for the fact that I'm gonna be back at the horse stables being a counselor for another week. Maybe I'll call Ashley and hang out with her for a while... that would ease the boredom.

Nothing's really been going on lately. Went shopping with Kelly last Tuesday, then went to Tory's birthday party Wednesday. And that's about it... Haven't talked to Brandon in what seems like forever, and it depresses me. How can I live so close to him, but yet hardly ever get a chance to talk to him? I don't get it, and it just makes me mad, so I'm gonna stop thinking about it.

Well, that's about it... I'm gonna go see how I can entertain myself...

Well, last night it rained, and it rained and it rained. Multiple roads were flooded and or closed this morning. It didn't stop raining this morning either, so we didn't go to the water hole for camp today; we're gonna try to go tomorrow.

James (neighbor) got a pool. It's just an inflateable one, about 6 feet across and 2 feet deep. I went in it... but I just stood in it, didn't get soaked. Brandon and James did though, they both sat in it. They were both freezing cold for a long time. Brandon was shivering and James was making odd noises... James had to go to dinner with his grandma. He actually looked nice. Its amazing what a golf shirt and a pair of Khaki pants will do...

Well, that's about it... I'm bored so I'm gonna go try to find something to do.

Went to New York. Had fun. Came home and Rob was fully moved into our house. It's really weird... I've never lived with a guy... except for when I was two, which I don't remember, at all. Kelly comes home from Europe today! Yay! I miss her so much. It's been way too long since I last saw. :\ Nothing has really happened with Brandon, so there's no reason to talk about him.

I have Cappuchino for jump again this week in camp. We (the instructor and I) found out that she doesn't get worked up and take off when she's alone in the ring, with the other horses outside or where ever, as long as they're not in the ring and she can't see them. So that's how we're gonna have it when I jump her over a course at the show on Friday. We get to go to the water hole tomorrow. The water hole is basically a creek that gets deep in some parts and has grass and sand on the sides. All the horses love it, especially Cappuchino... she rolls almost as soon as her feet touch the water, so I'm gonna get quite soaked. Well, that's it for now, I'll prolly remember something else I was gonna post about in like 3 minutes, but whatever...

Leaving for New York tomorrow. We're only staying til Sunday afternoon, but its still gonna be fun. Camp has been going well lately. My horse took off on Tuesday. She was going as fast as I've ever gone on a horse. Catherine, who was on her assigned horse with the group told me that when Cappuchino (my assigned horse for the week) actually got lower to the ground when she turned... it was also the only time I've ever feared falling off of her. Usually, even though she's going faster than any other horse I've ever ridden, I know that I'm going to be able to stay on alright, but on Tuesday I was just thinking, "Ok, maybe I can't always stay on her..." but I did, so its all good. Cappuchino took off Wednesday when we jumped the course. Cappuchino took off Thursday when we went over courses. Today, when I was all alone, just me, her, and the instructor in the ring, and even though the jumps weren't really jumps... (the instructor put them down pretty low so Cappuchino would stay decently calm)I figured that she would take off, seeing as she only gets quick when she has to go by herself. So I walked her over the three jumps once, then tried trotting her over them, and she was actually too slow. It made everybody very happy with Cappuchino... and me. So that was good. Not as exciting for me (I have fun when she takes off), but I know that its good for the horse and it made the instructors happy, so its all good. Well, thats about it for now, I'll try to post when I get back from New York!

Had fun today and yesterday. Got to go around the block in Brandon's new car yesterday. It's a Saturn with a white body and a black top. It's interesting. He loves driving it too, he wouldn't stay home yesterday...

Today I started my horse back riding camp. We choose horses the first day of each week (its two weeks long) and I got my first choice, so I'm happy. She's dark bay, I think she's classified as a pony, but I'm not completely sure. She's really fast, and occassionally (OK, atleast once per lesson) takes off at about the fastest she can go without actually being in a gallop. It's not scary (well, atleast I didn't get scared today...) because I know she isn't going to do anything stupid, like buck, she's just gonna race around the ring until she feels that she has to stop. That's Cappuchino, and she's my jumping horse for the week. Since whenever she's forced to canter, she gets stressed out (thats when she feels that she needs to take off), I have a different horse to ride for our flat lesson (walk, trot, canter). She's known for being fast, but I don't think she takes off like cappuchino, but I'm not sure about that either. So I get to groom the two dirtiest horses for camp! Oh boy!

When I got home from camp (at about 1) I went over to Ashley's. She let me look at pictures from her vacation, and we just talked, seeing as we hadn't seen each other in a long time. Then James came over, we played a board game with Ashley's cousin who's visiting from Korea, then went outside and played basketball for a while.
That was my today... lovely, isn't it? Of course it is...

Haven't been up to much lately... Went to the mall with my cousin James, neighbor James and my aunt Patricia. I actually didn't buy anything, except for a cinnamom sugar pretzel at the food court. I was going to go to the movies with James (neighbor), but his parents & Brandon were going to look at cars for Brandon, and his aunt was supposed to come over. So we just hung out at his place. His aunt never showed up... Brandon apparently got a new car, though. I didn't see it yet, but James's mom called just to say that Brandon had gotten a car and that they were going to his grandpa's house to show it off... I don't know if they're home yet...

Apparently, when my mom marries Rob, I'm gonna get an all black room! Cuz right now, mom's room has this disgusting panelling on the walls because when the room was her sister's (mom's family used to live here many years ago) her sister painted it black. It's nearly impossible to paint over black. So, when mom and Rob get married, mom's gonna move upstairs with Rob, and then we can take down the ugly paneling, leaving a black-painted room, which mom says I can move into... I start my horse back riding camp the day after tomorrow. That's gonna be fun. It's just a day thing, from 8 AM to noon. so I'll go to that for two weeks, then I'm going to be a counselor at the same camp for two weeks. Yay! Something to do besides sit around and watch internet cartoons with James! Well, I'll update whenever...

I have some serious issues with posting. I can never think of anything to post about. Oh well, it's all good, right? Next weekend I'm going to New York with James and his parents to visit his sisters, cuz they're in a camp there and won't be back til August something or another. I think we're leaving Saturday, spending the night, then going to visit them Sunday, taking them to lunch then coming home. It'll be short, but that's good seeing as I went to Hawaii for a while and got homesick. I highly doubt that its possible to get homesick sharing a hotel room with James, Pam and Andy. I had fun today. I went to this focus group in Rockville for an hour and got 50 bucks for it. It was OK. We talked about parental controls on AOL. When I came home, James was riding up the street on his scooter, so I went over to his house and we loaded a computer version of "The Game of Life" onto his computer. We played that for about 2 hours. James went to boy scouts, I went home for a while. My aunt Kathy was over so I talked to her, then ate dinner. Oh, and I don't think I posted about the huge limb that fell at the end of our street on Sunday... Well, it was blocking the whole street and the police came by to assess & report it. Well, Sunday, Monday and half of today went by, so my mom finally got fed up with it and called the fire department to see why nobody had come out to clean up and she found out that nothing had been done because nobody had reported it... whatever, they came today and cleared it. I went on Matt & Mike's trampoline for about an hour, talked to Matthew. That's about it... I'll try to post before I go to New York...
