A winter something(don't know yet)
Sitting in front of a roaring fire carols and stories tangle
A winter wonderland waits with glistening snow covering the one colored land
Trees stand bare, smoke rises in columns as though they were trains rolling by.
Houses sparkle, decorated carefully looking like fragile ginger bread houses.
Simple phrases spelled in twinkling lights glimmer to make way for the
Caring soul known as Jolly Old Saint Nicholas.

Snowflakes flutter to the ground making a soft blanket.
Laughter sings out as children play in the powder and
Building villages of snowman. The magic of Imagination springs to life
As snowballs fling through the air, going to and fro, like a ping pong match of thousands.
Forts rise then fall. The little ones fall in happiness.

Angles descend to earth leaving their marks on earth, the younger generation stand and look at their creations. The clouds gather, dancing in couples, snowflakes waltz in millions at once. All the kids laugh and sing as they enter their homes.

Mothers sigh in softly as footprints are left; the kids litter the hallway with jackets and snow. On the table awaits hot chocolate and a freshly cooked stew.

Yawns are seen. The fire crackles; the television plays specials and parades. As both parents and children alike cuddle by the fire. The sun sinks lazily. All eyes close, televisions flicker off. Only the street lights glimmer like fireflies in the night. The moon gazes down and wishes the world a cozy sleep. The stars shimmer in agreement.

The curtain closes marking the end of the day.
