Dirty Work
I'm sooo happy with all the people who comment after I post something!!! *sparkly eyes* lmao, totally OOC, but ty though!
As promised I went back to the park...and I found a shit load of people cleaning up the park, and people actually IN the lake cleanin. It touched me that so many people would take a fourteen-year-old seriously.
I joined in and we had the whole park cleaned up in about 6 hours. By the way...how do you clean grafitti off of a brick wall? Beats me. That same old lady came at the end to thank me....then she patted by back as she looked at my work. I tripped and fell in the lake after she patted me....and me being slightly hydrophobic didn't help. Lmao. I took like 5 baths after that.
I also had to take a few pictures for the paper cuz I won some kinda poetry contest for the state or something like that, lol. But the photographer was a bitch. "Why is your hair in your eyes? Fix your glasses! Smile girl! Straighten up, why do your shoulders sag?!? Get your hands out of your pockets!" OMFG lady...she needed a chill pill or something.
So, if any of you guys want to read my poem I'd be happy to type it up in my next post, all ya haveta do is tell me. Ttygl, byeas~!
