What's up?? Sorry I haven't been on in such a long time but it's been really crazy around here. I went back into training last week and we've had a test a day since then. Oooops
I just realized I haven't been on here lately. Sorry, it's been a rough week. I went Christmas shopping today and I still have alot left to get! AHHHHH! It's crazy, I spent almost $200 on my hubby and kids and I'm still not done! Oh well, I'll finish next Monday on my day off. Talk to you all later!

Well, it's getting better on the phones. I realized this morning just after I woke up that I forgot to have my supervisor sign my time-card for the temp agency!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Now I have to go find someone out at work tomorrow on my day off to sign my time-card so I can turn it in before Noon tomorrow. Yikes!! Talk to you all later.

Well, we start getting on the phone full-time tomorrow! It's called GMA, we are out of training and now we just get to practice what we learned. We've been on the phones for most of the day the past two days but it's official tomorrow. I had a few weird calls today but I did the research and tried to answer everything I could before I got a supervisor over there to help me, so I did just fine. :) I'll just get better every day from now on! YAY!!

Well, gang, I'm almost out of training, we have about 2 weeks of just being on the phone all the time and then we'll find out if we go back into training for Tech Care or what. I'm nervous and excited about this. Nervous 'cause I'm afraid I'm gonna make BIG mistakes and excited 'cause I'll get lots more practice on the phones. :) I'll let ya know what's going on when I know.

   Well, we took the assessment today and I didn't do as well as I thought I would. One of the question's answers was different from what was on the review and I second-guessed myself and messed it up. Then on another question that had "choose as many as apply" answers, I accidentally chose another answer when I was going through the assessment before I got done. I only got a 92%. :( Well, my average is still 97.6% and if I do well on the next assessment (at least I think I have another one) my average will be fine. Talk to you all more later.

   Hey there all!
Well, we were on the phones most of the day today and boy was it busy!!! We took the easier of the technical care calls and I didn't do too badly at all. *yay!* We have another assessment tomorrow and I'm not sure about any of that stuff but I know I'll do just fine if I pay attention to the review. I really, really want to get another 100% so my average will be way up there. I think next week we go into the last phase of training which is on the phones all day every day. It sure will be interesting. I know that with more time on the phones I will do just great in this job and I'll learn the programs we use much better every day. After this training and more phone time, I think we go back into training for what is called Tier 1 Technical Care. Then it will get very interesting. ;) I'll let ya all know how I do on the assessment tomorrow sometime on Saturday night or Sunday. I only have 1 "weekend" day this week 'cause I have to make up some hours I missed this week because of being sick on Tuesday. Later!

   Hey all!
Well, we've been on the phones twice since my last post and I didn't do bad at all. We also had our 4th assessment and I got a 98% which isn't bad at all. My average from the four is 99.5% so I'm near the absolute top of the class. *does a little dance* I'm not nearly as nervous about being on the phones anymore, I did very well today so I know I'll be fine if we get on the phones again on Tuesday. Well, I'm exhausted so later gang!

   Not again
Well, we get back on the phones tomorrow and we are going to be taking calls about the phones we sell. *breaks out in a nervous sweat* We really didn't learn enough about the phones to be useful but hopefully I'll be ok. I'll let ya all know tomorrow night how it went. Later!
