Let's celebrate!!
I got a 100% on my assessment today! I'm stoked! Except it was way tooo easy. Our trainer basically typed up the questions on the assessment and we took a review of them before we took the assessment. Every single question on the review was the same as on the test!! All we had to do was remember where we found the answers in the one system that we will be using daily. *dances around in joy for passing* I can't believe that some people didn't get 100% If I keep going like this I will be a WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!
