Job Update
I've got my 2nd assessment tomorrow! I didn't think it would come up that quick but it is. At least I'm not as nervous about it this time as I was the first time. Our trainer will be doing another review with us and if it's anything like last time the assessment will be a piece of cake! ;) After the assessment we will be out on the floor listening and watching fully qualified reps as they answer calls so we will know a bit more about what to expect when we get out there next Tuesday. :| I'm nervous about that but I'll just do my best and be nice to the customers and try to help them the best I can.
