YAY!!!!
I got another 100% on my assessment today! *dances in her chair* We have another one tomorrow too but we will be going over the material in the morning then review probably after lunch then the assessment. Today we got to sit with some full-fledged reps and listen to calls. It wasn't quite fair to us because the people we were sitting with were only Tech Care reps so we didn't hear any calls like the ones we'll be getting on Tuesday and Wednesday but it was interesting nonetheless. I learned how NOT to treat customers 'cause the girl I was sitting with kept muting her end of the conversation and she really didn't show any concern or empathy for the customers issues. Oh well, I sure will when I get out there. :D Let ya all know how I do on tomorrow's assessment either tomorrow night or Sunday. Later all!
