I'm on a roll!
I got another 100% on yesterday's assessment! We also had a potluck lunch where we all brought a Mexican dish. It was really good. One of the guys in our training class is Mexican and he brought this delicious shredded chicken dish and it was the only one that got totally eaten. Tuesday we get on the phones for a couple hours and there is a possibility that we will get to partner up with someone in our class for help. Two hours on the phone answering calls then two hours helping our partner. I hope we can do that then we won't be totally on our own. :) I forgot to tell you all that I'm training to be a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile. It's gonna be very interesting 'cause we have all this General Care training then we will get more training to be Tech Care Reps also. I can't wait!
