I'm soooo nervous!
Seriously guys, I'm nervous about today 'cause we will be on the phones for a while for the first time. I don't even remember how to do what we are supposed to do when we answer the call!! *chews on fingernails* I hope our trainer goes over all that again 'cause it's been almost a couple weeks since we went over that. I'll let ya all know how I did tonight. Later!
