   soreness
so this isn't like actual pain or anything, i chose this, any way, today in the weight room i did the leg press 100 times and w/o weights it is 100 pounds, then i did the leg ups 35 times on 100 pounds, but the sad thing is the whole time on the leg press, i was trying to beat my mom, in her high school years, she did over 300 of them
