She Moves In Mysterious Ways: Da-ku vs Kagome
*episode 5*
Shippo doesn’t know how long he’s in the darkness; but it feels like an eternity. He doesn’t know when consciousness gave way to unconsciousness; the insects grasp stay with him into his dreams. His first hint of awakening is the sensation that something is moving just out of reach; something big. He slowly opens his eyes; and sees other eyes looking back at him. As he snaps awake, he sees a host of demons staring at him. They look hungry. He screams as they pounce at him; and continues screaming until well after they have been repelled by a demonic barrier. He looks left and right and sees that the cave he is in is flooded with demons. A single powerful barrier holds them all back; leaving him in a clearing in the center. Suddenly, he hears a malicious laugh from behind him. Freezing, he instinctively hopes that if he doesn’t move he won’t be noticed. But his terrified rational mind knows who it is behind him; and that he is the source of his amusement. Knowing this, and that he is alone, only one person’s presence could possibly make things worse. Not surprisingly, he hears that person’s voice, also from behind him, “Are you really sure you want that rodent to be a part of you? I still fail to understand what purpose he could possibly serve.” Another voice, the laugher, says, “Father, trust me; please. He serves a purpose.” Shippo turns around and sees Naraku towering over Tattoimaru. The former looks at him dispassionately, while the latter looks gleeful. Shippo scampers back until he collides with the barrier; then he turns and hurries away from the dangers it contains. Naraku says, “He seems to be searching for a rock to scuttle under.” The boy says to the foxling, “You’re safe for the moment; but there is no escape.”

She Moves In Mysterious Ways: Da-ku vs Kagome
*episode 4*
Kirara lands at the end of Koga’s path with Kagura and Kyoubou close behind. The wolf, is sitting by a rocky outcropping in the middle of a forest. Seeing the new comers, he calls, “Where’s the mutt? Wait a minute, where’s Kagome?!?” Sango says, “They stopped to confront Da-ku, where’s Shippo?” “Who?” Koga asks. Miroku says, “Naraku’s Kagome; what about Shippo?” Koga says, “How should I know? Kagome had me following some of Naraku’s bugs.” Sango says, “They had Shippo, did you loose them?” Koga says, “No, there’s a barrier right there. I tried, but I can’t get past it. I hate to say it, but we need the mutt.” Sango says, “Let me give it a try.” As she hefts the Hiraikotsu, she can feel the sacred power that has been infused into it flowing throughout her. With a shout, she hurls her weapon at the rock face. The knoll vanishes beneath her blade revealing a gaping wound in the earth. As the seven gather before the entrance, Kagura says, “You do know that it’s a trap; right?” She looks to each of them, “Just checking.” With that, they head in.

She Moves In Mysterious Ways: Da-ku vs Kagome
*episode 3*
Inuyasha watches as Kagome and Da-ku square off. He has never more resented the enchanted necklace which binds him to Kagome’s word, than now when it keeps him from protecting her. It also annoys him that he still can’t tell the difference between them by smell alone. Naraku’s mimicry seems flawless in that regard. Neither one of them being fast movers, the two women braces their feet and draw their bows. Inuyasha takes this moment to consider how much Kagome’s archery has improved, in quality if not consistency. He can only hope that this will be one of the times when she, as she always says almost as a prayer, hit the mark. Neither of them takes potshots, they don’t race; but they steady themselves and launch their first salvos in unison. The two arrows don’t collide, per se; but the crackling fields of sacred energy slam against each other and fade to nothing. Once again, it seems that the two are at a standstill. Now it is clear that a slugging match is about to begin, in which both archers pray that neither their quivers, nor their spiritual powers are the first to run out.

She Moves In Mysterious Ways: Da-ku vs Kagome
*episode 2*
Koga is hot on the trail of whatever it is he’s chasing. He can see it as a small speck at the edge of his range of vision. He would have caught up to it, at least well enough to see it clearly, but Kagome had told him to leave a trail that they could follow. That means she’d be behind him; and undoubtedly the mutt would be with her. Well, that’s fine by Koga; but he doesn’t intend to let Inuyasha steal the glory. What ever happens, he intends to get there first and have everything nailed down by the time the dog arrives. Suddenly, Koga senses a powerful presence, and the cloud is moving toward it. Seeing his pray come to ground, the wolf picks up the pace. It would have been impossible for Koga to find the barrier under normal circumstances; but as he arrives, he sees it shimmering closed behind the last members of the swarm. He now knows that he has be chasing a cloud of poisonous insects; and that they have now sought shelter behind one of Naraku’s barriers. Koga is frustrated by the irony that the one time he would like to have Inuyasha along, just to break the barrier, the mutt is lagging behind.

She Moves In Mysterious Ways: Da-ku vs Kagome
*episode 1*
Da-ku and Kagome face off; Inuyasha is by Kagome’s side. He reaches for the Tetsusaiga’s hilt; but Da-ku says, “Sit.” Inuyasha finds himself forced down in a way he knows so well. Da-ku continues, “I’d recommend you stay down, like a good dog.” Pulling himself to his knees, Inuyasha says, “I ain’t gonna sit there and watch you hurt Kagome!” “Sit.” comes the response. “Inuyasha,” Kagome says, her voice serenely calm, “Just stay down.” The half-demon sends a surprised and hurt glance at her, but the look on her face silences him. She continues, “There’s nothing you can do. But you,” she calls to Da-ku, “Leave him out of this.” With a sneer, the demon says, “I could care less about him; but don’t worry, I‘ll kill him when I’m done with you.” “Not gonna happen.” Kagome says. “I won’t let you hurt him.” “Sit!” Da-ku calls, clearly enjoying the pain she causes. “Knock it off!” Kagome shouts. “That’s not what I meant. If you think I’d let you kill Inuyasha, you know nothing about me.” Drawing another arrow, Da-ku says, “Stupid; you’ll be dead!”

My friends
At least I hope you're my friends. If not, you shouldn't be reading this. ^_^
Anyway, I'm sure you've all noticed the problems which MyOtaku seems to be having. Considering this, and that almost no one seems to be able to get to my site, I've decided to stop posting until the friendly folks at theO get their acts togeather. (I'm not the only one doing this) This will give me some time to come up with new ideas for my story, and maybe even write ahead alitle. It's posible that no one will see this until the problem is fixed, but if you do manage to get my site to load, sorry I wasn't here. ^_^
