Kagura asks. Sango says, “It looks nice.” The demoness says, “I’m guessing that it wasn’t Miroku’s first choice.” Sango says, “Actually, it was. He was very reasonable all through out getting it for you.” Kagura asks, “Then how come he still has your handprint on his face.” Shooting an angry glare at the monk she says, “As soon as we were done, he offered to buy me something.” Confused, Kagura says, “Well, that doesn’t seem so bad.” Sango says, “You didn’t see what he wanted to buy me.” Miroku says, “I didn’t want to buy it for you; I just offered to and suggested that you try it on.” Sango snaps, “So you could see me in it!” The monk says, “Sango, Sango; the point of wearing an outfit like that is to be seen in” Smack!!! Not willing to learn from his mistakes, Miroku says, “Sango, if I could have seen you in that, just once, it would make all the pain worthwhile.” Smack!!! After taking several deep breaths, Sango asks, “Kagura, where are the others?” The demoness says, “Kohaku spent the last few days helping Kirara get back on her. Yesterday he told me that he thought she was ready to fly and that they were going to try in the morning. When I got up, they were gone. As for Shippo and the monk, they’re both still asleep.” “That’s odd.” Sango says. She continues, “Kohaku was never one to get up early.” Miroku adds, “Shippo, on the other hand, usually does.” Just then, the afore mentioned fox stagers into the room. He says, yawning, “They’re gone…” He falls on his face. Sango rushes to his side. She picks him up and says, “Who’s gone; Shippo?” The foxling has nodded off; but he pries his eyes open. “Kirara and Kohaku…they left. They’re in danger, they…” Once again succumbing, Shippo falls back into a drug induced sleep.
