Bullet The Blue Sky: Tattoimaru’s weapon
*episode 5*
“Inuyasha.” Tattoimaru says. “Kagura, Kohaku, Kagome, and even Shippo. But that’s not all of you. Are the others afraid to face Taiyou’s might?” Inuyasha says, “Taiyou? Is that what you call that attack?” Kagome says, “You didn’t do all of this on your own; did you?” Tattoimaru laughs, “I have Kohaku to thank. He showed me that I needed more power. So I went and found this.” He holds up his prize, “The Taiyou; and with it, all the power I need.” Kagome says, “You mean that little hammer…did all this?” Laughing maniacally, the boy says, “But don’t take my word for it; see for yourself!” With that, he strikes out at them. A flash of light and a wave of pure energy shoots from the mallet. Kagura grabs Kohaku and Shippo and rides the blast wave on her feather. Inuyasha throws himself in front of Kagome; taking the bulk of the attack. They are both lifted off their feet and thrown for some meters. Struggling to regain his breath, Inuyasha asks, “Kagome…you ok?” “Yes…” she says, “But would you mind getting off of me?” “Right.” he says getting up. He turns to Kagura who has just returned to where Inuyasha and Kagome had ended up. He says, “Kagura, get Kagome to safety.” The demoness nods. Kagome is about to object when Kagura catches her eye and shakes her head. As his friends withdraw, Inuyasha draws his sword and turns back to face his opponent.
