Author’s note
I guess I must not have written it too well, but Miroku did try to wake Sango up. She was asleep and the tainted jewel shard was affecting her mind and her dreams. Miroku was taking the only course of action his half-asleep mind could think of to move his friend out of harm’s way. That said, I think Inuyasha also did exactly the right thing.
