Shape Of My Heart: Shippo’s fate
*episode 5*
Sesshomaru draws the Tokigin. Giving his foe much more respect than he thinks is necessary, he strikes out before the boy has a chance to get to his feet. As he watches, Tattoimaru leaps over the blade, and comes to stand opposite him. With out a word, the boy pulls out his hammer and stretches his arms. Moving with more strength then speed, the demon swings his blade in a great arch. The sword and the hammer collide. The boy clearly strains under the stress of supporting his weapon; but the Taiyou refuses to give way. Surprised but unphased, Sesshomaru begins to batter on the hammer with his blade. The more force he applies, the more the demonic strength within the weapon awakens. Seeing that his current tactic is not working, the old dog tries a new trick. Moving faster than the boy can see, Sesshomaru darts around behind Tattoimaru’s back and thrust his sword at the boy.
