Hey there everybody! How's your week been? My has been fair I guess.
In theater we're working on presenting modern fairy tales, and of course I got stuck in the ghetto group. Damn it! They never work, just play rap on their phones and dance like whores. This is not a strip club people!
My photography teacher is a bitch, I swear. Even my mom called her that, and she never cusses. Today when we were learning to do something for the very first time, I messed up and got a few things wrong. After lecturing me and almost ripping my film, she slammed down my film canister and said, "Never make a mistake like this ever again!" For pity's sake woman, it's not like I meant to do it!! Give me a break!
Today was the day of silence at our school, which is where if you want to, you wear a rainbow ribbon in support of gay rights and you can't speak all day, even to teachers. I guess it's supposed to be like feeling the silence that gays have to keep to avoid prejudice. Anyway, I have a lot of gay and bi friends, so I did it. It was a lot of fun, and I got out of doing some of my work in the process. I feel really bad for Jazz though! She was also being silent, and this ghetto girl called her a "gay ass bitch". God, some people!

Hello everyone! I just got through a very stressful dinner with my dad's girlfriend and her kids. It was alright, but good god, that woman has the loudest laugh on the planet! I could hear her from the front porch while she was in the kitchen, and when Jazz called my house she thought someone had picked up the phone and was screaming into it. Oh well, enough about that.

Well, it's that time. I think everyone needs to have one in their life. And no, I'm not talking about a secret lover! XD I'm talking about a rant! This is mine, and before I start I want to say two things. One is that I completely understand if you want to skip through this, but I do appreciate it if you read the whole thing. And two, NONE of this is directed at ANYONE on MyO. You guys are great, I would never rant at you. Ok, let's get started, shall we?
1. Staring.
Ugh, I hate this! People, please for God's sake, stop staring at me like I have a robot coming out of my head (FLCL reference)! Yes, I am freakishly tall, and no I'm not going to change. Also, if you're going to stare at me, could you not do it and then turn and start whispering to your friend next to you when I'm RIGHT THERE? This is pretty basic stuff, I think.
2. Sex lives.
Ok. I'm 15. So, I know what sex is about. But that does not mean that I want to know what you and your could be boyfriend did while you were on senior lunch leave. I don't want to know that you had sex in the back of your car, which is where I'm currently sitting. It's just wrong. You don't need to shout at the top of your lungs, "I'm not a virgin!" when I'm walking with you in a crowd of people. Keep it to yourself.
3. Racism.
Ok, so I know that slavery was a terrible thing. I'm not saying that isn't true. But what I am saying is that it is just as easy for a black person to be racist against a white person as it is for the opposite to be true. If a white person makes a joke about a black person on TV, they might be taken off the air. But if the opposite happens, everyone just laughs their heads off. How is that ok? And how can the people who make fun of me and throw me into walls at school get away with it, but I can't do the same to them? I just don't get it. Please don't take this as me saying I hate all black people. I actually have a lot of black or mixed race friends. But this is just the way I feel about it. I live in Durham, NC, and if you've been paying attention to the lacrosse case, you might notice that relationships between races are kinda tense right now.
Ok, that's it for now. I have a million other things I could rant about, but I don't want to bore you. Please remember that this stuff is all just my opinion. Don't take it too seriously, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't just blow it off either. Ok, see you around!

Well guys, I really need your help on this one. One of my friends is dead. Just like that. One minute he's alive, the next minute people are planning his funeral. He wasn't my closest friend, but I really liked him as a person. He was funny and just fun to be around. He shot himself in the head last night.
I'm sorry to write such a depressing post, but I had to put my feelings somewhere. Thanks for your support~

Don't worry, it's April Fool's Day!

Hey y'all! Well, that was my sad attempt at actually being southern, and it failed miserably. I think I'll just stop trying. Anyway...
How have everybody's weeks been? This was a pretty interesting week for me, even though I got sick again. For one thing, on Friday we locked our teacher out of the classroom first period when she went to get the quizzes from the printer. XD It was great! This guy just sat in front of the door so that when she tried to get it, he was blocking the way. Then she just lay down in the hall and went to sleep. Rei, the resident Asian in our class went out to join her, but I guess he was on her side since he managed to get the door open.
Last night I went to the school talent show with alyse (formerly alice), jazz, and redcross, who was doing the spotlight for tech theater. It was a really great show!! The only bad part was that I found out that during Friday night's show (not the one I went to) one of my really good childhood friends got booed off stage! I was so mad. And she has a really good singing voice too. Geez, people these days.

Hello all! I forgot to mention it, but I bought the new Modest Mouse CD "We were dead before the ship even sank." I really recommend it.
I just got off the phone with Jazz where I talked to her for an hour and 11 minutes! I think that is a new record for me! But there was a lot to talk about like her surgery and the fact that one of my "friends" has been talking about me behind my back and saying all these things I need to change about myself! It would be easy for me to laugh off if he had just said it to my face. I can't help but get angry!!

Last night Anna and Gar came over to watch Battle Royale, but my DVD player wouldn't play it so we watched invader zim instead. Then we ended up having a muffin party because of that.
Today I had to meet my dad's new girlfriend. She is ok I guess (better than the old one at least) but she is so LOUD! Good God, her laughter hurt my ears! Anyway, they went out to a concert, so now I'm all alone and very bored. But that's ok, the dogs are good company.
