Escaflowne+Otakon
Today I started watching Escaflowne, and wow, the reviewer on this site was spot on(aside from the dubs, they aren't as bad as he says). The action scenes are amazing, and the music that acompanies it makes it feel very epic. I just couldn't stop watching it, I kept wanting to see more of the suits battling. This is one of the best mecha series I have seen in awhile ( even though they are giant suits of armor, it is alot like a mecha series). The only problem I can see is the fricken humongous noses the people have! It is like a gaint triangle sticking off of thier face

Aside from that, I have been looking into going to Otakon for a day in Baltimore (I live around 2 hours away). If I do I will write a full report here, and on my website. Please pm me if you are going to Otakon, maybe we can meet up.
