Yes, I know. I've already updated today. I don't care. I figured I should share a little about my life recently.
So, Saturday. I went to Solo and Ensemble in the morning for my flute solo. Because I really don't want to go into it, let's just say I got a silver. (However, mike had to listen to me complain constantly.) OH! IAN WAS THERE! It was awesome seeing him... but at first, it was weird seeing a blond guy dressed all in black walk up to me and say hi, and I had no idea who he was for a second. Afterwards, Hannah, James and I went to see Epic Movie, which was alright. I thought it would be better. And Michael didn't show up, as if I really thought he would, lol. (For the reord, Mike and Michael aren't the same people.)
Sunday: It was freezing out, so I spent the day shivering in my room watching Bleach, Death Note, Read or Die, and King Arthur (an acutal live action movie! Gasp!) Then we had our Superbowl party, and decided that the game was exciting and the commercials sucked. Then again, I DO live in Indianapolis, so the Colts are obviously pretty big here. I learned that my parents should never, EVER be allowed to drink.
Monday: Two hour delay! Oh, I had so missed going to school at 9! But my band concert was that night, and because we were still shaky on the end of one of the songs, Granlund cut us off early and had us write in a really crappy ending when the song could have naturaly ended right there. As for the actual concert, Wind Ensemble was awesome, as always (and for the record, I'm not in it. I'm in freshman band.) It was really cold in the auditorium, too. Now, after we played, and we did fairly well, we sat down in our seats and listened to the other bands play, and of course, I'm right under the vent. So naturally, I made a semi-sarcastic comment about how our school air conditions the building during the winter. And then, Sam took off his blazer and gave it to me... which kind of makes me wonder. (But then again, Sam's just generally like that, you know?) Anyways, I just kind of held it for a moment, then gave it back just as Paige asked him for it. Because, yes, if Sam asked me out I would accept, even though I'm sure he's going to turn out to be gay. But at the moment, I like Mike quite a bit more, and I'd rather not have Sam think anything that's wrong.... But I'll bet he doesn't.
Yesterday, it snowed. it didn't take a huge amount longer to get home from school, but snow got up the legs of my pants when I was walking up my driveway. And for the record, it's a LONG driveway.
Today was a half day for teacher inservice, so I spent the afternoon making LJ icons of Death Note. Let me know if you want a look....
