Bleach
So, last night I watched Trinity Blood and Bleach. I watch/ed them both as subs, but I wanted to see if the voices were any good. (Okay, well, I knew that the one for Bleach was, but I wanted to hear Ishida, Renji and Byakuya.) Trinity Blood, yeah, they all fit, even though they weren't perfect. I hadn't seen the dub of Bleach past the first five episodes, because I had a tendency to forget or to fall asleep on the couch. So, Bleach. I knew that Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, and Rukia were all good. So, I was happy to note that Ishida's voice was very good. I don't really remember if Byakuya talked at all or not.... But Renji. Oh, God, Renji. Yeah, his voice sucked. Plus his last name was pronounced with the stress in the wrong place (aBArai instead of abaRAI) which just seemed weird, although I know that's just how English is generally pronounced... the stress is never at the end of the word. It just bothers me that it's wrong. [/rant] Then again, it's just weird hearing them speak English. Oh well, almost every good dub has one bad voice.... Naruto's is Naruto and Lee, Inu-Yasha's is Kagome, and now Bleach's is Renji.
