Near death experience,
the car came at me from the driveway,
my life flashed berfore my eyes as I gasped,
the car screeched to a hault,
the persone looked at me,
said sorry and left,
3 more feet would have ended my life,
my patetic life,
and I realized,
you wouldn't have know it happened,
you would be waiting at your comp screen,
waiting to talk to me,
and I remember the deep feelings I feel,
of regret,
and sorrow,
then the rare one,
hope,
the hope to see you again.
