I don't have a lot of time today so I'm just gonna post a story it's my first try at a fanfic
so enjoy
Love Under a Full Moon A Koga fan fiction
My name is Himechii Kiyome, and I am pretty much your everyday high school student I just started, so that means I am 16 years old. I love to do all kinds of things, dance, sing, Heh I have a complete love for a certain kind of animal, wolves. I LOVE wolves… heh but it’s funny, I can’t stand dogs. I don’t know why but I get so terrified when I’m near one. So I don’t bother trying to understand it.
It was a normal day when it happened. I did things that I did every day, how could this have happened? I mean… why today… and not another day… it doesn’t make sense… well I’ll explain it better.
"Goodbye mom!! I’m off to school!!" I called out to my mother as I did every morning on my way to school.
"Have a good day Himechii." Mom called back to me. It was a completely normal day; I put my shoes on and left the house. But before I was completely off I had to say goodbye to my little Keihi. Keihi is my pet… I let people think she‘s a dog, but in reality she‘s… a wolf. I can’t completely explain it but… she‘s a wolf pup that I’ve had for over three years but she’s never physically aged at all. She is very special to me and I’d do anything to keep her safe.
"Hello my little Keihi ookami." I smiled at her. Keihi yipped at me and wagged her tail. It was easy to pass her off as a puppy. She acts so much like one. But I don’t get the same sacredness of wolves that I do from dogs. I guess it might be the forcefulness in their bark or something. I just don’t know.
After I said my good byes to Keihi, I went on my way to school. But… if I knew I wasn’t gonna make it to school that day… I might’ve just stayed home.
While I was walking, I saw Keihi in one of the alleyways on the way to school. Angry I called, "Keihi! Why are you not at home! You know better!" I marched into the alleyway at her but she darted ahead out of my reach. Getting even angrier I threw down my school bag and darted after her. Keihi just kept running ahead of me, staying right out of my reach.
When she finally stopped and I got a hold of her I looked around and realized I was in an unfamiliar area of town. I looked at Keihi and half-way yelled, "Look what you’ve done Keihi! Now we’re lost!" I sighed and looked around trying to figure a way to get back to my school supplies and the main road.
It looked as if this was an abandoned construction site. There were partially destroyed buildings, and -I gasped when I saw it- a tipped over Wolf spirit statue. With Keihi still in my arms I rushed over to it. It was so beautifully crafted and made of pure stone, I cried to myself. This area must have been an old shrine and they stopped construction because of a vengeful spirit. In hopes to make any kind of wolf happy I set down Keihi and lifted up the statue to it’s correct position.
The statue looked great sitting there, like a faithful guardian of the shrine. It made me feel warm and fuzzy inside making me forget that I was late to school… OMIGOSH! I was late for school I remembered as I frantically looked around to figure out what was what. When suddenly in the distance I heard my school’s tardy bell ring. I could tell I was really far away and I’d never make it there in time and I pouted and moved my long reddish-brown hair out of my way to sit down.
"Today was supposed to be a good day", I whined to myself, "I mean, I wore my best uniform, and -I say the pink in it really brings out my eyes- I was going to tell Soiichiro that I liked him…" I sighed again and looked around, "and to top it off I’m lost. I wonder how long it’ll be before anyone knows I’m gone."
I continued to sulk until I heard a strange sound. It sounded like the yipping of a wolf pup. Then I remembered… "KEIHI!" I jumped up and looked into the partially demolished wooden shrine. In the back I saw Keihi. Her foot was caught under a fallen support from the roof. "Hold on Keihi, don’t worry baby I’m coming for you!" I called to reassure her. There was a large hole in the center of the room, and it seemed the only way to cross it was to climb across a narrow piece of wood that looked really unstable. I took a deep breath I was willing to try this for Keihi. I unsurely climbed up onto the wood and on all fours I steadily crawled across. Repeating telling myself not to look down, thankfully I made it to the other side.
Keihi yipped happily at my arrival and wagged her little wolf tail. "Don’t be afraid." I told her, "I’ll have you out in a second." then I started to try to lift up the beam that had Keihi trapped. It took all my strength but I moved it just enough for Keihi to be free. After she had moved I released the support with a thud, it fell so heavily that it smashed the wooden floor beneath us into many pieces and we bell down. Instead of falling a short time and to the ground, I fell a long time and… not… to the ground. I became dizzy and lightheaded, and soon fell unconscious.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I awoke I was in a completely unfamiliar place, there were no houses or streets. There was a lot of plants and greenery though and dirt trails. I curiously looked around, and then slowly stood up. "Where am I," Keihi then appeared next to me and yipped to gain my attention. She got it and I noticed the fact, at least I’m not alone.
So as you can see, if I knew I wasn’t going to make it I’d have rather stayed home. I sighed, "What are we going to do Keihi? I don’t know where we are." Keihi’s ears perked up. "What’s wrong Keihi? Do you hear something?"
Then Keihi’s fur began to stand on end. She was in a defensive position. I’d never seen her like this before. I’ve never seen her aggressive before. A low growl came from Keihi’s throat, and then I could feel the ground below me shake and hear the earth rumble. I gasped, "Keihi!" I panicked.
Suddenly a gust of wind surrounded Keihi and I couldn’t see her. "Keihi?" I called, "Where are you?" I panicked even more loosing sight of my only companion.
When the wind was gone there stood a large wolf with 2-inch long fangs and electricity rotating around its paws. "Keihi?" I shakily said. The large wolf looked back at me and sort of nodded. It seemed like it was telling me that it was Keihi.
The shaking of the ground became more violent and I fell to the ground. The sound also became louder and louder with each second. I will admit it; I was scared, trapped in an unfamiliar place and an unknown creature coming closer and closer to me.
The creature that was approaching finally came into view. It was a large spider, huge and black with strange blue and acid green colored markings all over its body. I then fainted from fear.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I came to, I felt light… and I was moving… I was on someone’s back. I blinked my eyes a couple of times to try and figure out if I was dreaming or not. But my thoughts were interrupted by a male voice, "So girl, you’re conscious?"
Then a female voice answered him in a scolding tone, "Inuyasha! Be nice!"
I fully opened my eyes and saw silver hair and a red kimono in front of me. I groaned, "Where am I?" I asked unsurely.
The female voice replied, "It’s a little hard to explain… so tell me… are you from the present?"
"The present?" I asked, "What do you mean?"
The voice replied again, "My name is Kagome Higurashi, and this here is Inuyasha, we saved you from that huge demon."
"A demon?" I asked, "Is that what that huge spider was?"
Inuyasha’s voice answered, "Yeah it was big but it was nothing for me and my Tetsusaiga"
I looked beside me and saw a girl with mid length black hair and a green sailor style uniform, this must have been Kagome, I felt easy next to her like I could trust her. Then I realized, "KEIHI!!" I jumped and nearly fell off of Inuyasha’s back. But thankfully he caught me.
"Keihi?" Kagome asked.
"My wolf! Err…" I blushed, "I mean puppy! I meant to say puppy."
Then Inuyasha replied meanly, "You mean this little mongrel?" He lifted unconscious little Keihi.
"Keihi!!" I snatched her from Inuyasha’s hands, she was small again, was that whole thing of her turning big a dream? I wondered.
Then Kagome broke my train of thought when she said, "Keihi got injured, I’ll help her as best I can, Inuyasha let’s stop and rest, okay. We’ll wait for Miroku and Sango here."
"Okay Kagome." Inuyasha agreed as he slowed down.
We came to a complete stop in the shade of a huge tree, where Inuyasha let me down and I got a good look at him. He had long silver hair, golden eyes and… … … … dog-ears… "AHHHHHHHH!" I screamed and jumped back.
Both Kagome and Inuyasha looked at me with confused expressions, "what’s the matter?"
I couldn’t speak all I could get out was, "d-d-d-d-d-d-d"
Then Kagome said, "No, Inuyasha is only a half-demon."
I shook my head vigorously, "NO! DOG!!!"
Inuyasha had an annoyed expression on his face as he answered, "Yeah, what of it?"
I ran back away from Inuyasha, "sorry, I’m just… terribly afraid of dogs…" I shook a little, please; I’ll be fine if you just… … just … don’t get near me OKAY!"
Inuyasha looked away irritated, "Feh. Fine with me."
"Thank you," I said to him.
Then he said, "You two girls stay here I’ll go look for the others."
Kagome nodded, "alright." then as Inuyasha hopped off she turned to me and said, "So what’s your name?"
I felt embarrassed that I didn’t introduce my self and I could feel my face become hot as I blushed, "Sorry! My name is Himechii, my friends just call me Hime-Chan."
Kagome smiled, "it’s okay Hime-chan. So where do you come from? And how did you stumble across this world?"
Kagome and I talked for a while, I told her my story and she told me how she got here to the feudal time through a well on a shine by her house and how she is able to go back and forth. I sure hope I can go home.
"Here Hime-chan, this is some medicine from our time it should be able to help Keihi." Kagome said as she handed me a spray bottle of antibacterial spray and an ace bandage.
"Thank you," I said as I started to treat a large cut wound on Keihi’s chest that went down her front paw. "Please hang in there Keihi," I pleaded to her.
My spirits were lifted when I saw her open her eyes and I herd a little yip. "Keihi!" I celebrated within myself, "are you alright?" My answer was another yip and Keihi wagging her tail excitedly.
"Wow!" Kagome exclaimed, "It almost seems like she wasn’t wounded at all. That’s great Hime-chan. I’m really happy for you!" Kagome smiled.
"Thank you Kagome, I owe you one." I smiled out of pure happiness that I didn’t lose Keihi.
Suddenly the ground began to shake violently again. I looked up the mountain, there was an enormous rockslide coming down the mountain. Both Kagome and I screamed. Then suddenly Inuyasha appeared. Kagome looked happy but I wanted nothing to do with him. He quickly grabbed Kagome and went for me, instinctively I pushed him away, and I lost my balance and fell off of and began to fall down the mountain. Once again I lost consciousness.
hope you like it
