Only You (poem)

I can remember now,
How u came...
Like stranger
Without a name.
Always a mystery
you didnt explain
Then somehow,
You began to change...
And I still remember
When you finally spoke your name.

We sat on the beach,
And watched the tide.
You had feelings for me,
You could no longer hide.
In your arms,
You held me tight...
And told me
On that stary night
That for only me
You'd fight.

I want you to save me
When I fall.
I want you to always
Stand by me, tall.
I want you to realize
The pain in my eyes,
But my mask fools you,
My dark mask of lies.
But then you smile,
And all sadness dies.

Why in world
Can't I stay true?
To what is it,
I feel for you?
In my head,
I scream and shout.
But I know now
That there's no room for doubt,
That this must be love,
And what it's all about.

My dear Fallen Angel,
I'm looking at you.
Please say to me back,
That you love me too.
