Squawk!
I have mentioned my parrots-- the big one, Ramana B Byrd is enthralled with her shadow. When the sun comes through the window, she pops up and flutters her wings quickly (this is "begging" behaviour, little birds do it to their mom to beg for food) at the shadow bird, then sometimes squawks (its sounds like she is saying ROP!), then ducks down and the shadow bird dissappears. Then she pops up and and the game begins again. The little bird, Big Guy likes to talk on the telephone, so we let him handle the errant telemarketer. The bird is good-- says "Hello", then the appropriate "hm, uh huh, yup....." then he either squawks or comes out with a winner. The birds are good company, we had them for 16 yrs. But if you separate them (they are different species) they squawk and cry for their "brother" or "sister".

I am enjoying morning coolness here is So. Cal, and the night coolness, so I can sleep better.

Won't be around on the weekend-- away again for 3 days, then a business trip in June for 6 days! (back to Florida, YAY). No , not FL this weekend, but hey-- a getaway is good. Then its strap on the tool belt-- lots to get fixed around the house. Are you guys planning anything for the weekend? Project? Drawing? Movie? Hoping that the weekend is enjoyable, because you folks are great friends.
