Ugh...my teeth are in pain!I didn't wear my retainer for a bit,and look what happened!My teeth moved!So,I have to re-wear my retainer for a bit and it hurts!Let this be a lesson to you kids!When Manen-sempai(unless you're older than 17)didn't wear her retainer,her teeth moved and now she is in a world of pain.Wear your retainers!
