well i forgot to mention in the post below that i wasnt gonna be able to get to alot of sites today, because i have a little bit af research i need to do, and also im making my own webite on freewebs so yeah. pleaz forgive if i dont get to your site.

hey guyz^^ so how is everyone's day going? good i hope, well at least i hope better then mine. and im not saying that cuz me in bad mood or sad, in fact im quit happy^^. it just my back hurts again. and it sux to walk or run, cuz all i feel is a sharp pain, like someone took a huge knife and stabbed me with it. so yeah, having morning practice today, i couldnt really run at all, so my coach decided to let me have the rest of the day off. to let my back relax, and hopefully the pain will subside by tomorrow.
but on a nother note^^...........i am going to help with a musical that my skool is putting on. the musical is called "Suesical", its based off of Dr. Sues(sp), and it was origanally done on broadway.^^ and i get to help do lights^^ yay, me! that means i get to see the musical without having to pay to get in!!!!
well i guess this will be all for now..........i love you guyz, and take care.
oh yeah, and everyone that said the second pic from yesturday was Vash^^, you got it right.

hidy ho, neighbor!!
so how is everyone this fine day^^? good i hope. well i only have one class today, so yay^^!! oh, and yesturday.......for practice, i really thought i was going to die!! ok reasoning: in college track there is an event called the stepal case. it is where the runner has to run a 3000 meter event with hurdle barriars and a water pit. (im sure if some of you have watched the qualifings for the olympics, you know what im talking about.) but ne way, im learning to run the stepal case, and yesterday i had to jump the barriars! that wasnt very much fun after you get tired, and jumping those suckers gets you tired quick! and yet, im surprised im not sore today from doing it! oh well^^, on to more important things.

hey everyone!! like the new bg? hehe i found it on some site the other day, and i thought it was really funny, so i put it up for today(or until i get tired of it and take it down).

okay, quicky!
does ne one know how to get the images to show up in the side profile on one's site.(the area that tells everyone your birthday, name, stuff like that), cuz i know how to put them on there, but i think im doing someting wrong, cuz the images wont show up.
oh yeah^^ i finally figured out how to put up the scroll box thingy!!! YAY!!! it took me like 7 trys to do it, and now i got it^^!!!

*RUNNER'S HIGH*
hey everyone^^. how is you day going? good i hope.
well i had to get up at 7:30 this morning to go run, and now im on a runner's high. hehe, for those that dont know what that is, it is when a runner is so tired that they cant move, but at the same time they are so hyper that you can keep them from jumping off the walls. kinda weird i know, but those who have been runners know what im talking about. and it normally happens after a hard workout. but ne way.............im kinda irritated, because i tryed to erase just one thing from my profile, and everytime i try the whole thing erases!! so i am having to save everything, this way i can start over, without loosing something.
well i watch AS last night like i always do, and last nights showing of FMA was quit interesting. it was sad, yet cute^^. especially when the one officer went and huged Ed to calm down the alchimeiac(sp)reaction that was happening from when he stepped in the undeveloped pholocifer's(sp) stone.^^ so sweet.
so yeah, im out of things to say, so im going to go now............laterz!! love you all *hugs everyone*

 hey guys!!
het everyone!! how is everyones weekends going so far. okay first things first, i am so sry for not getting to everyones sites yesterday. i had every intention, but the library closed really early due to the Pope's funeral. and as most of you still know im still having to used the library computer. so again im very sry.
well today is going good for me, i had practice this morning at 10 and i was on the ball this morning. we had to do 6x800's (800=2 laps), and i had to make it in a set time, but that wasnt happening. i was going well over 20-25 seconds to fast. so i did good^^. but yeah, i need a shower, but i will do that later today, cuz i still have to go out and do another run, but that one is supposed to be easier. so that means i wont get to everyone's sites again today, but i will try really hard.
oh yeah, over spring break, when i went home i ask my dad, that if i drew him a pic if he would hang it up in his office, and he said yes. well i started on a drawing that same week, and i just finished it. it has no color, cuz it looks better that id doesnt. and my dad didnt want it colored either. so the pic will be at the bottom of the post if you guys went to see it, all you have to do is click on it.
well i guess this is all for today. i love you guys, and take good care of yourselves^^.
