Uh oh!
Quote from deviantART Terms Of Service:
"To register as a member of the Service or purchase products, you must be 18 years or lawfully permitted to enter into and form contracts under applicable law."

Oops... It looks like I'm not really supposed to be registered there. However, I do believe that I am legally able to enter into and form contracts, as I have previously in my "job." (They made me sign a contract saying if I get hit with a car or sustain injury while executing their service, my family and I are the only ones liable.) But that's here! What about in California, which is where their terms are adhering to law at? I don't know. I sure hope so!

I ended up reading the Terms of Service for no reason... I downloaded someone's art as my wallpaper and then uploaded it as a screenshot, but still gave the original creator credit in the description of said submission.

I want you all's opinion on both issues:
1) Should I remove the "Deviation" with the wallpaper?
2) Should I remove myself from deviantART for precaution on not being able to enter into or form contracts?

must...go...to...bed! *stares blanky and blinks.*
