   Hmmmmm

Well this is another day where I don't have much to talk about. It seems weird being on what is at the moment a permanent holiday. I always thought it would be good to have school completed but my days are now filled with meaningless crap.

Anyway I'm still waiting on a response from the university that I did an audition to get into. At this point though, I don't like my chances.

I haven't got around to writing anymore of my story which I probably should do this holiday and I'm still hunting for a job. Most frustrating thing ever. So at the moment I'm very lost and trying to find something to do. Oh well.

   It's Alive

Okay. I've finally finished the first of my characters from my novel. So getting down to business, may I introduce my character Illus(Ill-us).

edit: as the picture keeps appearing too large I'll post the URL instead. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v482/shorty246/ILLUS.jpg

This is only my first draft of the character and it took me two bloody long hours to draw properly. I've also put it up on otaku so if you like it go vote for it.

Illus is one of the protagonists of the novel and a prince. The other character who I probably won't be able to draw as I can't drw girls is Flaire who is a thief and a begger. I've got nothing against girls it just works with how the story will go.

   Hmmmm.....

Well I'll start by saying thanks to those people who responded to my last post. This is probably going to be a random post.

I'm currently working on a novel which I have given the working title "The New Gods". Not much of a title, but hey it's only a working title. I've also been drawing the main characters so that I can get an idea of what they look like in my mind. I'll hopefully have my first drawing up on Otaku either today or tomorrow, depending on when my sister gets up as the scanner is in her room.

I've finished the prologue which I wrote at the start of the year and apart from editing that I haven't had time to write any more.

I recently remembered that I was supposed to apply to a university to do an audition and when I checked the phone number discovered that applications closed yesterday. Mum won't be too happy when she finds out.

   Unusual

Well this is strange for me. This is the first time that I have updated my site at 10:00pm. At least that's what it is any way.

On to my question. I recently obtained photoshop from my mum's school. She's a teacher. Well anyway, I've been trying to work on making wallpapers and colouring my fanart with it but I can't seem to get it to work right. Can people please give me some info on how to use photoshop properly? PM me or post in the comments thanks.

   Parents

Parents can be so annoying at times. They are long dogs with bones. One you given them one they will never let go.

For me this is about getting a job. I have been looking for one but not having any luck with calls or anything but still mum is like a slve driver.

*pictures mum with whip making him get a job* Hehehehe.

Quite funny that image. Anyway yesterday she going at me again about the job.

Mum: "Tomorrow you're going out with 20 resumes and handing them out to shop."

Me: "Oh, come on. I've already done this, twice.

Mum: No. You're not getting any money out of us this holidays. You're lucky you're still getting an allowance."

Now a kid or teenager to be more specific have the right to at least get an allowance from their parents right. Well according to what my mum said a bit later my dad wated to stop my allowance all together.

Not exactly having a good time over this. Man do I need a job.

   Don't you just...

have days where you either don't know what to do or can't be bothered doing anything at all? Well I'm having one of those days today. I started out playing Tales of Symphonia, then after a while I hoped onto the net. I just put on the Lion King and am watching that while sitting at the computer.

Having a lazy day, always good. The weather is lazy as well. It's cloudy but probably won't rain.

   YYYAAAYYY!!!!

I just got back from picking up my copy of Tales of Symphonia. I'm so overjoyed. I'm HYPER and bouncing around the house.

I'd only heard rant about this game, but it sounded so good and it was never certain that it would be released in Australia. Now it has. That's all I got to say as I'm going off to play my new game.

   HEHEHEHEHE

Okay the subject titles not about this post just how I'm feeling today. A bit crazy, a bit evil.

But anyway, on to more important matters. My audition yesterday went really, really well. The only problem is that I have to wait about a week or two to find out if I get a call back for the second audition. That's when they decide who gets into the course.

Well, I haven't seen Sheamus since the incident yesterday. Knowing the evilness of my sisters leprachaun he is probably planning something extremely evil.

Do you ever have weird thoughts. Well I do, or I should say did last night. I heard the word banjo mentioned on TV and in my mind I just saw about five yokels playing the banjo really badly. Strange huh?

   Audition

Today's the day when I get to attempt to complete one of my goals.

*points to goal list*

I'm auditioning to get into a major acting course. Yay. For this I have to present two monologues and both are completely different to the one I did for Theatre Studies(see previous posts).

Anyway the first I have chosen is Iago from Othello and the monologue takes place at the end of Act 2 scene 1. The second is Harper(or Harpegon depending on the version) from The Miser and takes place at the end of Act 4.

Oh look. Here comes my sister's Leprachaun friend Sheamus to wish me well.

Me: "Hey Sheamus"

Sheamus: "Good luck today"

Me: "ah Sheamus, you're meant to say break a leg otherwise it is bad luck."

Sheamus: "That's the point, to jinx you."

Me: "Say break a leg Sheamus"

Sheamus: "Not going to happen"

*I pull out over sized mallet*

Me: "This won't be good for your health, SO SAY IT"

Sheamus: "NO"

*I wack Sheamus over head with Mallet. He is squashed to about half his size. Sheamus waddles off cursing in the language of the leprachauns.*

Anyway now that that is passed I say hopefully things go well for me.

   Hero

Today I saw Hero. It is an awesome film and is very compelling. It is probably the only film that has had me in tears. There are a number of films that have brought me close to tears such as Schindler's list but this is the first that I have openly wept in.

I probably shouldn't mention that as I'm a guy but I do have a sensitive side.

I highly recommend this film to anyone and everyone. Go out and see it.
