   Fearless

Today I went to the Melbourne International Film Festival and saw the film "Fearless", directed by Ronny Yu and starring Jet Li. This is Jet Li's last wushu film and I must say what a way to go out. The has to be one of the greatest and most brilliant films I have ever seen and probably will ever see. It says everything Jet Li has to say about wushu and so much more. I just want to watch it multiple times and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. You don't even have to be a fan of the genre to enjoy this film I believe. Anyway that's all from me today...and on yesterday's note...read or watch Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi.

   Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Not sure how many of you have heard of this series but it is quite funny and at the same time quite bizzarre. Anyway recently I discovered a site that had translated versions of the novels that the anime is based on and started reading them. These seem to be extremely bizzarre and I'm plain confused. However I am enjoying them immensely and would recommend people read them.

   damn timetables, damn uni

so anyway I'm back to uni for second semester tomorrow and thus decide to check my timetable to see if it's right. well I hope onto the website and discover something seems different. I grab out the one I had downloaded when I choose my classes and there it is. One of my classes just happens to be my longest of 3hours has been moved from 10am thursday morning to 2pm Monday after. Like I really want to spend my Monday afternoons in a 3hour class...ggrrrr.

well as of next monday I'm back at uni for second semester. 3 days of classes, I get wednesday and fridays off and only have 1 class on mondays and that's in the morning. that's bout it for news right now.

So my new theme is Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. Currently one of my favourite animes/mangas. I've recently become very big when it comes to stuff by Clamp. I recently read Chobits and am currently reading Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, X, and xxxHOLiC.

   1 to go

well only my 1 exam to go till end of semester. Problem is it's not till Friday which is last day of exams. It's on China: Frome Empire to Republic. Predated chinese history through to 1949. ANyway I've recently gained an addiction. No it's not World of Warcraft which I've been addicted to for a long time now. It's Gackt and his music. Over the last 2 months I've been trying to download heaps of his music and I love it. Two weeks ago a friend sent me a bunch of pics of Gackt. Now usually I have something against having a bunch of pics of a guy on my comp but no problem with Gackt. And the last 3 days I've been watching Gackt video clips, whether music clips or live concert clips on youtube. I'm absolutely addicted...lets hope it remains a healthy addiction lol.

almost done

so I've been busy busy busy with uni recently. ANyway I'm almost done for the semester. Classes finished last week and all I have left are a few assignments and an exam. Once those are done I'm free for a good 4 weeks or so. yay. anyway that's about all for new news.
