 New Story
I ran and ran until I just couldn't run anymore. I never looked back on that horrible house. I just kept running. I didn't care that there was a storm. I didn't care about how wet I was getting. I didn't even care about the people I'd be leaving behind. All I wanted to do is escape from that house. I didn't want to remember what had transpired there. I just wanted to forget.
"Sara, loan me some money," asked her mom.
"I don't have any mom."
"Don't lie to me! You just don't want to give it to me."
"Ok then I'm not going to give it to you."
"And why not?!"
"Because I'm tired of buying you drugs. I'm tired of you acting like this. You look horrible. I'm ashamed to call you my mother."
"Sara, I'm sick and I do to much for you for you not to let me have a little fun."
"Fun? Is that what it is now, fun? How can you even say that. You don't even care about how I feel. What about me?"
"What about you? What about you? I worked hard to feed and clothe you. What about my happniess huh? What about that?"
"Why do you need drugs to make you happy momma? Why?"
"Look Sara are you going to give me the money or what?"
"No, I'm not"
"Fine then.... I'll get it elsewhere."
She got in her car and left in the rain. I didn't know where she was going but at that moment I really didn't care. She had been gone for hours. Something in me had made me worry.
"Hey, Tony. I need to get some stuff off you on credit," said Sara's mom
"Well I don't do credit anymore."
"Ok well how about I .....
She came back later with Tony and went upstairs. I never did like him. Tony always used to make rude comments to me and there were times when he tried to touch me. I never told my mom because I didn't think it would help any. I knew that whenever Tony was around she was getting drugs. Every time a reference was made to him I remember how this mess all started.....

denial, but we can see the paranoia, when you
refuse to buy a tv because you claim the
government is out to control all our minds. I
hope the authorities dont believe your alibi
about blowing up that high school. Keeping the
bodies of your victims isnt really a hobby, but
