Hi. I read your poem on your homepage. I understand exactly how you feel. I was a senior last year, and am now in college. I didn't want to move away and leave my family and friends. In fact, I was here for about three weeks before I was calling home, crying and begging to come home. Now I've been away for three months, and everything is better. I made new friends, am taking the classes I've always wanted to, and feel a little more indepedent. I know it can be hard, but college is just a part of growing up. It'll hurt at first, but the pain will fade away. Good luck with your senior year. Make it fun and memorable, but let it go when the time comes.
