   Emotionless...

Mood: ...
Music: 3 Days Grace "Animal I Have Become"

Yep, I feel so emotionless right now. I don't know why. I really have no reason to feel this way. I think it may be because I've drifted away from God. I'm tired of feeling this way. You see, I drifted away from God over the summer. The guy I was dating wasn't a Christian, and he didn't like church. He somehow managed to talk me into some things (which will remain undisclosed). I went to a youth revival for a week, and one night I got back close to God. I mean, I was bawling my eyes out, I was thanking Him, and I was getting the forgiveness I needed. Well, when I came back, I fell back into that rut. That guy broke up with me during the first week of school. I realized what a jerk he had been and started trying to get back straight with God again. I prayed that God would show me that decent guys do exist, and that love wasn't dead. He answered that prayer on November 18, when my current boyfriend asked me out. Daku is so wonderful to me and I love him to death. Yet, I still haven't gotten back close to God. Over the winter break, the pastor at my church preached on forgiveness. He said that God won't forgive you if you can't forgive others. Well, I'm finding it very hard to forgive Aaron. I hate him for everything he ever did to me. I don't mean dislike, I mean HATE. I can't forgive him! I mean, I want to so that I can be forgiven, but it's proving so very hard. I ask those of you out there who do pray to please pray that I can learn to forgive Aaron. I'm tired of feeling empty and emotionless. I want God back in my life for good.

Well, if you read this far, thank you for not being offended by my beliefs. Stay classy, Otakuites!

Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too...

Mood: Meh...
Music: Cascada "Bad Boy"

Yeah, haven't updated in a bit, have I? Sorry bout that. Anyways, things are getting pretty busy around here. College life really picks up around the time of finals. We've got about a month until our last day. Yay! But then again, it means I won't get to see Daku very much. That really sucks. TT^TT I won't get to see many of my college friends much, either. But, I'll get to be home and see my family and other friends. So, it won't be all bad.

OMG I finally got a hold of the Saiyuki dvd series!! Squiggidy-squee!! I got it, like, yesterday, and I've already watched the first four discs. Friends are awesome, even if one doesn't like the other. That's a long story, so I won't go into it...

Um, that's about all I know. So, to everyone who's had a birthday recently, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! To the rest of you, MERRY UNBIRTHDAY!!!

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!

   Everybody's Fool....

Mood: tired...
Music: Incubus "1984"

Yeah, I'm tired. I want a NOS....It's an energy drink, in case anyone's never heard of it.

So, my weekend was awesome!! Like I said, stayed with my bf Daku. His shire hosted the SCA event known as Cracked Anvil. I had to sleep in his little sisters' room. There were other people staying with them. Anyways, I met his friend Nick, who is creepy as hell. I kept getting weird vibes, and Nick kept hitting on me, even though he was 15 and I'm 19 and he KNEW I was dating Daku!! Flippin idiot....But I digress. Saturday was a ton of fun. It wasn't freezing, so I got to watch Daku fight. He didn't win, but after lunch, in the Meanest Mother melee, he did kill a guy. I also mostly hung out with Katie. She's cool. Oh, I was also scarred for life! Dante, Katie's dad, was sitting between me and Nick, and Nick asked Dante why he had a spoon hanging from his neck. Dante picked the spoon up, leaned over to me, and started rubbing the spoon on my shoulder. Of course, I immediately blush and bust out laughing because I was being "spooned." Later, Dante did the same thing, in front of Daku! So I informed Dante that Daku is the only man allowed to spoon me. It was tons of fun. After the day was over, Dante and his family, and Geshaun and his family came back to the house. Nick and his mom went to their own house. Me, Daku, Katie, Micheal, and Ethan played Rock Band. Not all at once, of course. We only had drums, 1 guitar, and a mic. Then we all were shooed off to bed by the adults. Me and Katie shared Kenley and Lisa's room.

So, Sunday morning, we woke up to flash flood warnings and thunderstorms. Dante, Kiara, Micheal, Daku, and some other people (who didn't stay with us) went to clean up the site where the event had been held. Daku's mom instructed Katie and me to bake cookies while she and Delesse went to buy some groceries. Of course, Geshaun felt he had to sample our cooking before letting anyone else eat it. He loves peanut butter cookies...But Katie didn't feel good, so after we made the cookies she layed down on the couch. I continued to help Daku's mom in the kitchen. It was fun. I think I like cooking. Anyways, when all the people were done cleaning up the site, they came and we had lunch. The older kids (8 years old and up) played Rock Band, and me and Katie kept an eye on Carson, who is 2. He was so adorable!! It was fun. After most of the people left, me and Daku went in his room and talked. Then we came back to the college. We ordered Pizza Hut and watched "Anger Management" in my room. It was fun.

So, today is April Fools Day. This morning, I tried tricking Celeste into thinking that Daku got me pregnant, but she didn't believe me. She said I'd have never been that calm. I also tried tricking my roommate Mercury Tiger and our friend Tiffany. Neither believed it. So I had Tiffany call my mom. She put on her best "worried" voice and told my mom that Daku and I were missing, and that last night she'd seen a marriage certificate in my drawer. She had my mom believing it!! As soon as she hung up, I sent mom a text saying, "APRIL FOOLS!!!" She sent one back saying, "It better be." I called her and busted out laughing. She'd forgotten what day it was!! What's funny is this is the first time I've ever had an April Fools Day prank work.

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!

   Radio Bye Bye...

Mood: Hating jet lag
Music: Coheed and Cambria "The End Complete V: On the Brink"

Yep yep, still lovin Co&Ca. My bf Daku let me play Rockband with him last night. He even made me a guitarist profile, before I'd even known he got the game. ♥ I love him. Anyways, we played "Welcome Home" by Co&Ca, and "Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld" from Southpark. Yes, the Timmy song is on that game!! I found out and was like, "Squeee!!" Sorry this post is short. Um, for those of you who asked, I'll try and put the video of London on YouTube, and I'll post a link on here ASAP. The vid will have the clips and pictures.

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!

   London Calling....

Mood: exhausted...
Music: Pearl Jam "Footsteps"

Hey everyone! I'm back from London!!

Anyways, we spent 10 days in London. When we arrived, we met our tour guide, Lucie, at the airport. We then dropped our bags off at the hotel and took a walking tour of London. For those of you unaquainted with air travel, this was a BAD idea. Many of our group hadn't gotten much sleep, and walking around a huge city for 2 or more hours (without lunch) was not the best thing. However, we weren't allowed to actually check in until 2 or 2:30 pm. We'd arrived around 8 am or so. They kept our bags in a basement-type place. After finally being able to freshen up, we went to a 3-course dinner, and then on to Her Majesty's Theatre to see Phantom of the Opera. I was excited about that show. I love the movie and own the soundtrack. We also visited St. Paul's Cathedral while we were on our walking tour. I climbed to the top, which is 434 stairs. Way too many stairs...But it was worth the climb. The view was spectacular.

Our second day, we went on a bus tour of London. It was very interesting. We also got to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. We only watched them march (and I filmed that!!) because the actual process involves both sets of guards staring at each other for a while. For lunch, we went on a river cruise down the River Thames (pronounced "tims"). Afterward, I went with my friends Sarah and Sara to Piccadilly Circus. A circus over there is not like our circus. Over there, it means a big place where several roads meet, and it is usually circular. They also call them roundabouts.

The third day, we went to STONEHENGE!!! And we got to go INSIDE the circle and actually touch the stones!! We also visited Salisbury Cathedral, where I climbed to the top. Again. It was very high, the stair cases were very narrow, and handrails were sparse. And again, the view was wonderful. That night we went on a tour of Whitechapel, where the famous Jack-the-Ripper murders took place. It has change a lot since then, however.

The fourth day we went to the Tower of London. It was awesome, and I also got some more video, this time of the Regiment of Fusiliers. It was just guys in costume, though. Afterward, Lucie took Sarah, Sara, and me to Platform 9 3/4 at King's Cross Station. For anyone who doesn't know, that's the platform they use to get to the school in the Harry Potter books and movies. To go through, the characters run at a "wall" with a shopping cart. At the site, they have a shopping cart stuck halfway in the wall and you can pose as if you are going through. Then we went to Camden Market, where you can usually get a great deal on what you want to buy. However, you also have to really watch out for pickpockets and rough characters. I got a pair of rainboots for 18 pounds, and Lucie tried to talk the guy down because of his faulty advertising, but he was being mean. I also got a gorgeous Chinese dress for 10 pounds! The lady who ran the martial arts store said we could have it that cheap if one of us could fit it. It fit me perfectly! It's black and has red flowers on it. I'm not sure, but I think it's at least partly made of silk. Well, as we were about to leave Camden, a man came up to us and asked Sara something that we couldn't understand. He was Irish, and the 16th is when they celebrate St. Patty's day in London. He had a can of beer in his hand and he was making a funny face. We ignored him and wrote him off as very clearly drunk. Later, Sara said he'd said, "Open my beer for luck." She figured he'd shaken it before hand.

On the fifth day, we went to Wimbledon, the big tennis arena. It was kind of boring. Then we went to Kew Gardens. It was pretty and really neat. Grandma would love it there. That night, Sara and I went to see a show called Avenue Q. It was kind of like Sesame Street, but it was geared towards adults. It was ok, but there were a couple of scenes that should have been left out.

The sixth day, we went to see the New Globe Theatre! The original Globe was Shakespeare's theatre, but it was destroyed. We went to the rehearsal area as well, and the guide made us play some warm-up games. It made me wish I was in drama again. That night, we saw a play called History Boys. I didn't like it very much.

The seventh day, we went to tour the Royal National Theatre. It was huge! They have 3 stages!! 3 big stages!! After that, we went to the Royal Drury Lane Theatre. That was the best tour yet. We had 2 guides, a man and woman, who each played several characters on the tour. They interchanged about every 5 to 10 minutes.

The eighth day, we went to Windsor Castle. It was GORGEOUS!!! I would personally like to take it over! Lol. Lots of gold, diamonds, and other pretty things, you know. I bought mom some strawberry jam there, but the security at Heathrow Airport took it away because it was too big to go in my carry-on. It counted as a cream/liquid, which you can only take 100ml of that in your carry-on. That upset me a lot, because I wasn't able to put it in my checked luggage for fear that it would break. Anyways, a couple of people in our group saw Prince Harry at Windsor, and one guy even got a picture before the guards herded Harry away. That night, we went back to Drury Lane to see....LORD OF THE RINGS!!!!! It was a musical, and I loved every minute of it!! The actor playing Legolas was hot!! And he could sing!! And during the second intermission, the orcs (the bad guys) came into the audience. They scared the lady sitting behind me. It was pretty funny.

On the ninth day, we had a free day. Sarah and I went to ride the London Eye, which is a giant ferris wheel. It turns very slowly, though. It was really high, and I got a lot of pictures up there. After we got off, we saw a bunch of living statues, an invisible man, and a man dressed as Charlie Chaplin. Then we went to Harrod's, but didn't stay long. We went to a McDonald's, which was crowded!! We had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat!! Then we went back to the hotel.

The last day, we went to Hampton Court, where Henry VIII lived. It was cool. We saw people dressed as Henry VIII and his "entourage". That night, we had our other 3-course dinner. It was Indian food....Actually, it was pretty good! Then we went on a 2-hour ghost walk. In the freezing cold. I had asked the teacher if I had to go (ghost stories aren't really my thing), and he said I had to go, but he said I could listen to my iPod if I didn't want to hear the stories. I did listen to one story at St. Paul's, though.

Oh, and then came the day of departure. It was horrible. I had to get up at 3 am (London time), and as I mentioned, they took mom's jam, and then at DC, they took a tiny snowglobe I'd bought for her!! I was very angry about that. The snowglobe was way under the limit for the liquid amount!! I don't see how it was a national threat! What was I gonna do, chunk it at someone's head? Morons...Also, our flight from DC to Little Rock got delayed because of an inbound plane from Ohio or somewhere. And on both flights that day, my ears popped really bad, and on the DC to LR flight, both my ears felt as if someone was stabbing a sword through them. But when I finally got back to the college, I was happy. My boyfriend met me in the plaza between our dorms, and he carried my big suitcase upstairs for me.

By the way, I did happen to get mom something. I bought her a silver spoon after they took her jam. I also sent her, dad, and Ricky a postcard, as well as a postcard to grandma and grandpa, and one to my roommate.

Well, that's all for now. Stay classy, Otakuites!!

   Untitled Finale...

Mood: ...
Music: Bloodhound Gang "The Bad Touch"

Well, I prolly won't be posting on here as much. I'm sorry guys!! It's just that, well, with theO's Worlds feature, and the PMs being taken to theO, MyO kind of becomes obsolete....I'll still keep an eye out for those who update regularly here, but I probably will only post once in a while.

Well, my bff/sissy Kytten lost her mom this past Saturday. It's really sad. It was so sudden. She's holding up pretty well, all things considered. I'm upset that I have to miss the visitation and funeral, though. We've always been there for each other, and now that I'm in college, it's hard. It also seems very unfair. Kytten's dad lost his leg a couple of years ago, and that's put enough strain on her family. Now that they've suddenly lost their mom, I know it's going to be hard. On the other hand, at least Mrs. Linda isn't suffering any more. They said she had been having trouble breathing lately. Kytten says that now her mom can do all the gardening she wants. I just pray that God keeps his hand over the family, as well as His arms around them. If you're a believer, I sincerely ask that you pray for the family. You don't have to know their name, but if you want, PM me.

On another note, I'll be going to London in 2 days!! I'm excited. I won't be on very much while I'm over there. I may not even get on.

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!

   Masquerade...

Mood: ...
Music: "Phantom of the Opera" soundtrack

Yeah, we're watching that movie in London After Dark...Speaking of, I only have 1 WEEK until we go to London!! I'm so excited!!

I had a fun night last night. Mantha and I went to WalMart. I ordered Deuster and Daku's cake for their party tomorrow night, and I got them cards. Deuster's is Dora the Explorer cause she likes that show, and Daku's is Avatar the Last Airbender. I also bought a copy of Shojo Beat. Anyways, my left ear started hurting in WalMart. We went on across the street so I could go to the Dollar Tree, but I made a detour at Payless. I got a cute pair of shoes for $5. They're black and have multicolored stars on them. Then I went into Dollar Tree where everything is $1. I bought plates, plasticware, cups, crepe papier that says "Happy Birthday", and some body spray. I got back to the dorm room and called my mom to tell her my ear was killing me. She said to go to the ER (the regular hospital was closed), so I got my friend Pete to take me. It took an entire hour. 30 minutes to get back there, and 30 minutes for the doctor to examine me and tell me I have an ear infection. He gave me some kind of medicine. It's called Amoxicillin. He also gave me pain killers. The medicine upsets my stomach, so I've been reduced to eating Ritz crackers and Sprite. Huzzah...I'll probably still be on the meds when we head to London...

   Drunken Lullabies...

Mood: Excited!!
Music: Flogging Molly "Seven Deadly Sins"

Ok, so Saturday I didn't go to the shelter. My throat felt like it was on fire. But I'm all better now! This morning, when I woke up, we had 3 inches of snow. My 9:30 class got cancelled cause the teacher couldn't make it in. Her town had 12 INCHES of snow...Anyways, the snow here is mostly melted. However, after lunch Daku stuck a giant snowball down the back of my shirt. I punched him in the chest and told him he had a lot of making up to do. Before lunch, he'd accidentally knocked me in the teeth. He'd been trying to stick a snowball that I'd thrown at him down the front of my shirt. I swear, I'm gonna stick snow down the front of his PANTS!!

Well, VV is supposed to be up and running later today. Can't wait!! I'm gonna draw a thank-you picture for Adam and the team. I'll prolly do Akatsuki chibis. I'ono yet. I just can't wait!!

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!

   Living Dead Girl...

Mood: Tired...
Music: Rob Zombie "Demon Speeding (Dirty Black River Remix by Chris Vrenna)"

Well, I didn't go to the shelter yesterday with Daku. He called me at 8:30 am and my throat felt like it was on fire, so I told him I wouldn't be going and to call me when he returned. I went back to sleep. He called at noon, and I decided to get up finally. I finished researching my paper for London After Dark, which is due tomorrow. The least amount of research we're allowed is 6 sources. The paper itself must be 5-7 pages. I have 3 so far. I started writing the actual paper at 3 pm and by 4:50, I had 3 pages exactly. I met Daku in the plaza between our dorms at 4:55, and we went to dinner. Then we hung out until 11:30 pm. We watched Kill Bill: Vols. 1 & 2. Not much else went on. It's currently 1:58 am, and I'm waiting on my roomy to get her laundry done so I can go to bed. Daku's gonna call me at 9 am, and I'm gonna finish my paper. I've also gotta read something for Ireland in Lit, and perfect my speech for Basic Oral. Gah, I hate homework!!

Well, stay classy, Otakuites!!
